Abstract
Description
(石膏硬化体、石膏板)
本実施形態の石膏硬化体、石膏板の一構成例について説明する。
(石膏硬化体の製造方法、石膏ボードの製造方法)
次に本実施形態の石膏硬化体の製造方法、及び石膏ボードの製造方法について説明する。なお、石膏硬化体、石膏板、石膏ボードに関して既に説明した点については同様の構成とすることができるため、説明を省略する。
焼石膏と、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と、水と、泡と、を混練して石膏スラリーを製造する石膏スラリー製造工程。
石膏スラリーを成形する成形工程。
成形工程で得られた成形体を硬化させる硬化工程。
そして、硬化工程後に得られる石膏硬化体の比重は0.3以上0.8以下とすることができる。
焼石膏と、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と、水と、泡と、を混練して石膏スラリーを製造する石膏スラリー製造工程。
石膏スラリーをボード用原紙間に配置し、成形する成形工程。
成形工程で得られた成形体を硬化させる硬化工程。
そして、硬化工程後に得られる石膏硬化体の比重は0.3以上0.8以下とすることができる。
[実験例1]
実験例1では、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物の添加の有無と、石膏硬化体の比重の異なる石膏硬化体を以下に説明する条件で作製し、評価を行った。
(実験例1−1−1〜実験例1−1−6)
実験例1−1−1〜実験例1−1−6では、以下の手順に従いリン酸水素カルシウム二水和物を添加した石膏硬化体を作製した。
(実験例1−2−1〜実験例1−2−6)
石膏組成物を作製する際にリン酸水素カルシウム二水和物を添加しなかった点以外は実験例1−1−1〜実験例1−1−6と同様にして石膏硬化体を作製した。本実験例においても、石膏スラリーを調製する際に泡の添加量を調整することにより実験例1−2−1〜実験例1−2−6の各試料について表1に示した比重としている。
(圧縮強度)
オートグラフ(島津製作所製 型式:AG−10NKI)を用いて、作製した2cm×2cm×2cmの石膏硬化体の圧縮強度を測定した。石膏硬化体にかける荷重は3mm/minとした。圧縮強度試験の結果を表1に示す。また、表1の結果をグラフにしたものを図3に示す。
[実験例2]
実験例2では、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物の添加の有無と焼石膏の種類、比率の異なる石膏硬化体を以下に説明する条件で作製し、評価を行った。
(実験例2−1)
本実験例では焼石膏としてβ型のみを用い、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物を添加した石膏硬化体を作製した。
(実験例2−2)
焼石膏として、β型を90質量部、α型を10質量部含む焼石膏を用いた点以外は実験例2−1と同様にして試験体を作製し、評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
(実験例2−3)
焼石膏として、α型を100質量部含む焼石膏、すなわちα型の焼石膏のみを用いた点以外は実験例2−1と同様にして試験体を作製し、評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
(実験例2−4〜実験例2−6)
表2に示すようにリン酸水素カルシウム二水和物を添加しなかった点以外は、実験例2−4〜実験例2−6について、それぞれ実験例2−1〜実験例2−3と同様にして試験体を作製し評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
[実験例3]
実験例3では、芯材となる石膏硬化体についてリン酸水素カルシウム二水和物の添加の有無と、比重の異なる石膏ボードを以下に説明する条件、手順により作製し、評価を行った。
(実験例3−1−1〜実験例3−1−7)
実験例3−1−1〜実験例3−1−6が実施例であり、実験例3−1−7が比較例である。
(実験例3−2−1〜実験例3−2−7)
石膏組成物を作製する際にリン酸水素カルシウム二水和物を添加しなかった点以外は実験例3−1−1〜実験例3−1−7と同様にして石膏硬化体を作製した。本実験例においても、低密度の石膏スラリー14を調製する際、実験例3−2−1〜実験例3−2−7の各試料について石膏硬化体全体の比重が表3に示した比重となるように泡の添加量を調整した。
(圧縮強度)
作製した石膏ボードの中央部を4cm×4cmにカットし、カットしたボード片を4枚重ねたものを試験体とした。
(たわみ量試験)
たわみ量試験は発明を実施するための形態で図1を用いて説明した手順により実施した。
(発熱性試験)
JIS A 6901:2009発熱性試験に準拠して行い、加熱時間20分における
総発熱量と最高発熱速度について測定した。この試験は実験例3−1−3及び実験例3−2−3について行った。結果を表3に示す。
[実験例4]
(実験例4−1〜実験例4−8)
実験例4では、以下の手順により、芯材となる石膏硬化体についてリン酸水素カルシウム二水和物の添加量の異なる石膏ボードを製造し、評価を行った。
[実験例5]
実験例5では、以下の手順により、芯材となる石膏硬化体についてリン酸水素カルシウム二水和物、及び酒石酸の添加量の異なる石膏ボードを製造し、評価を行った。
評価結果を表5に示す。
[実験例6]
実験例6では、以下の手順により、芯材となる石膏硬化体について有機カルボン酸又は有機カルボン酸塩を添加した石膏ボードを作製し、その評価を行った。

Claims (16)
- 焼石膏と、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と、水と、泡と、を混練して得られた石膏スラリーを硬化させた比重が0.3以上0.8以下である石膏硬化体。
- 前記焼石膏と前記リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物とを含む混合物である石膏組成物を、前記水と、前記泡と混練して得られた石膏スラリーを硬化させた請求項1に記載の石膏硬化体。
- 前記石膏スラリーは、前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物を0.01質量部以上5質量部以下の割合で含む請求項1または2に記載の石膏硬化体。
- 前記石膏スラリーは、前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物を0.05質量部以上1質量部以下の割合で含む請求項1または2に記載の石膏硬化体。
- 比重が0.3以上0.5以下である請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の石膏硬化体。
- 前記石膏スラリーは有機カルボン酸および/または有機カルボン酸塩をさらに含む請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の石膏硬化体。
- 前記有機カルボン酸および/または前記有機カルボン酸塩が、蟻酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、酪酸、吉草酸、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、プロピオル酸、オレイン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、蓚酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、酒石酸、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、グルコン酸、乳酸から選択された1種類以上の有機カルボン酸および/または選択された1種類以上の有機カルボン酸の塩である請求項6に記載の石膏硬化体。
- 前記石膏スラリーは前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記有機カルボン酸および/または前記有機カルボン酸塩を0.005質量部以上0.2質量部以下含有する請求項6または7に記載の石膏硬化体。
- 前記焼石膏がβ型焼石膏を含む請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の石膏硬化体。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の石膏硬化体を芯材とする石膏板。
- 前記石膏板が石膏ボードである請求項10に記載の石膏板。
- たわみ量が100mm以下である請求項10または11に記載の石膏板。
- 焼石膏と、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と、水と、泡と、を混練して石膏スラリーを製造する石膏スラリー製造工程と、
前記石膏スラリーを成形する成形工程と、
前記成形工程で得られた成形体を硬化させる硬化工程と、を含み、
得られる石膏硬化体の比重が0.3以上0.8以下である石膏硬化体の製造方法。 - 前記石膏スラリー製造工程は、
前記焼石膏と、前記リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と、を混合して混合物である石膏組成物を製造する工程と、
前記石膏組成物と、前記水と、前記泡とを混練する工程とを有する請求項13に記載の石膏硬化体の製造方法。 - 焼石膏と、リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と、水と、泡と、を混練して石膏スラリーを製造する石膏スラリー製造工程と、
前記石膏スラリーをボード用原紙間に配置し、成形する成形工程と、
前記成形工程で得られた成形体を硬化させる硬化工程と、を含み、
得られる石膏硬化体の比重が0.3以上0.8以下である石膏ボードの製造方法。 - 前記石膏スラリー製造工程は、
前記焼石膏と、前記リン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と、を混合して混合物である石膏組成物を製造する工程と、
