Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係るガス絶縁開閉装置の構成を示す縦断面図である。図1に示すように、このガス絶縁開閉装置は、タンク1と、タンク1内に延設された中心導体2と、タンク1の内面に塗装された塗装膜101と、塗装膜101上に上塗りされた塗装膜3とを備えている。なお、図1は、ガス絶縁開閉装置の一部を示したものであり、これらの構成要素の他、例えば、遮断器、断路器、計器用変流器等の機器を備えている。
Claims (4)
- 接地され内部に絶縁ガスが封入された金属製のタンクと、
前記タンク内に延設され、電圧が印加される導体と、
前記タンクの内面上に形成された絶縁性の第1の塗装膜と、
前記第1の塗装膜上に形成され、絶縁材料および非直線抵抗材料を含有して成る第2の塗装膜と、
を備えることを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置。 - 前記非直線抵抗材料は炭化珪素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス絶縁開閉装置。
- 前記第2の塗装膜における前記炭化珪素の充填率は、体積分率で30〜80%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス絶縁開閉装置。
- 前記非直線抵抗材料は酸化亜鉛であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス絶縁開閉装置。
