Description
これらの場合、車内から停車及び減速操作以外の運転操作が行われ、無線端末から停車及び減速操作の運転操作が行われた場合は、無線端末からの運転操作を優先させることが好ましい。
[第1の実施形態]
図1は、実施形態に係る車両制御装置を示した模式図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態の車両制御装置1は、車両2に搭載されて車両2の各種制御を行うものであり、リモコン3による車外からの遠隔操作が可能となっている。
[第2の実施形態]
次に、第2の実施形態について説明する。第2の実施形態は、基本的に第1の実施形態と同様であるが、車両ECU15の処理動作の一部のみ相違する。このため、以下では、第1の実施形態と相違する部分のみ説明し、第1の実施形態と同じ部分は説明を省略する。
Claims (3)
- 車内から行う車両の直接操作及び無線端末から行う前記車両の遠隔操作により前記車両の制御を行う車両制御装置であって、
車両の車内からの操作により前記車両の停止位置を設定する停止位置設定装置と、
前記車両の現在位置から前記停止位置に至る前記車両の軌道を算出して、前記軌道で前記車両を走行させる走行計画を算出する車両軌道算出装置と、
前記停止位置設定装置により前記停止位置が設定され、前記車両軌道算出装置により前記軌道及び前記走行計画が算出されると、前記無線端末からの遠隔操作により前記車両を前記軌道及び前記走行計画に従って前記車両の走行制御を行う制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記停止位置設定装置により前記停止位置が設定され、前記車両軌道算出装置により前記軌道及び前記走行計画が算出された場合であっても、前記無線端末による前記車両の遠隔操作を許可してよい条件である移動条件を満たさず、かつ、前記車内からの運転操作が行われている場合は、前記無線端末からの遠隔操作を取り消して前記車内からの運転操作を優先させる、
車両制御装置。 - 前記移動条件は、運転席が着座状態でないことを含む、
請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記車内から停車及び減速操作以外の運転操作が行われ、前記無線端末から停車及び減速操作の運転操作が行われた場合は、前記無線端末からの運転操作を優先させる、
請求項1又は2に記載の車両制御装置。
