Description
a)濃縮物総重量に対して35〜85質量%の割合の、分散剤としての、1つまたは複数の硫酸アルキルエーテル、硫酸アルキル、スルホン酸アルキル、スルホコハク酸のモノ−およびジエステル(スルホコハク酸エステル)、グリシン酸アルキル、サルコシン酸アルキルおよび/またはタウリン酸アルキルまたはこれらの組合せと、
b)濃縮物総重量に対して15〜40質量%の、下記の化合物およびその混合物から構成される群から選択される、真珠光沢形成成分と、
一般式(I)
R2は、−C2H4−または−C3H5−の2価の基であり、
R3は、Hまたは式
nは、1〜10の数である]
に係る脂肪酸グリコールエステル、
一般式(II)
R6は、H、1〜4個のC原子を含むアルキル基、−(CH2−CH2−O)n
−R8、−(CH2−CH(CH3)−CH2−O)n−R8、但しn=1〜10、
R7は、H、1〜4個のC原子を含むアルキル基、−(CH2−CH2−O)n
−R8、−(CH2−CH(CH3)−CH2−O)n−R8、但しn=1〜10、
R8は、H、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、i−プロピル、n−ブチル、
i−ブチル、またはt−ブチルである]
に係る脂肪酸アルカノールアミド、
c)場合によっては、保存料、緩衝剤、無機または有機電解質、アルコール、脂肪アルコール、脂肪酸および/またはそのエトキシレート、特にx=1〜10であるPEG−x−ラウリン酸グリセリルおよび/またはPEG−x−ヤシ脂肪酸グリセリルなどの適切な添加物と、
d)合わせて100質量%になる量で、但し、濃縮物総重量に対して濃度が30質量%、好ましくは25質量%を超えない水と、
を含む、ポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物によって解決される。
真珠光沢を与える化合物の含有量と分散剤の含有量との合計は、真珠光沢濃縮物の活性量として決められ、好ましくは60質量%以上、好ましくは65〜85質量%、特に好ましくは70〜80質量%である。
a)硫酸アルキルエーテル、硫酸アルキル、スルホン酸アルキル、スルホコハク酸のモノ−およびジエステル(スルホコハク酸エステル)、グリシン酸アルキル、サルコシン酸アルキルおよび/またはタウリン酸アルキルまたはこれらの組合せから選択される分散剤と、
一般式(I)
R2は、−C2H4−または−C3H5−の2価の基であり、
R3は、Hまたは式
nは、1〜10の数である]
に係る1つまたは複数の脂肪酸グリコールエステルおよび/または、
一般式(II)
R6は、H、1〜4個のC原子を含むアルキル基、−(CH2−CH2−O)n−
R8、−(CH2−CH(CH3)−CH2−O)n−R8、但しn=1〜10、
R7は、H、1〜4個のC原子を含むアルキル基、−(CH2−CH2−O)n−
R8、−(CH2−CH(CH3)−CH2−O)n−R8、但しn=1〜10、
R8は、H、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、i−プロピル、n−ブチル、
i−ブチル、またはt−ブチルである]
に係る1つまたは複数の脂肪酸アルカノールアミドから選択される真珠光沢形成
成分と、選択的に、水を、第1撹拌段階へ導入し、55℃〜90℃でラメラ流動
物フローとなるまで完全に混合する工程であり、ここで使用される水の量は、使
用される分散剤および真珠光沢形成体の濃度に対して35質量%、好ましくは
30質量%を超えず、これによりラメラリオトロピック液晶相を形成する工程、
b)得られた混合物を、冷却段階で真珠光沢形成成分が液晶ラメラ構造の形で晶出する 温度に冷却する工程、
c)前記冷却された混合物を、第2撹拌段階で強力に混合し、場合によっては残量の水で希釈する工程であり、ここで温度は、撹拌機の出力低下および/または撹拌段階の冷却によって45℃未満に保持される工程
を含み、添加物は、第1撹拌段階または第2撹拌段階に導入することができる、真珠光沢濃縮物の製造方法を含む。
真珠光沢濃縮物の製造
このプロセスは、2段階装置内で実施した。この装置では、相Aと相Bは、第1撹拌段階に別々に導入し、排出物を冷却段階を介して冷却し、第2撹拌段階へ導入する。挙げられた%表示は質量%である。
貯蔵安定性試験
真珠光沢分散剤の粘度挙動を、オービタルシェーカ上での振盪条件(45℃、150rpm)のもとで試験した。本発明に係る2組成物(1、2;実施例1の組成物1および2に相当)並びに市販で入手可能な5個の比較組成物(3〜7)に関する結果を以下の表に示す。粘度増加は、各組成物の初期粘度に対する%で表す。粘度軸は、表示の理由から対数分割した。
Claims (8)
- 下記成分、
a)50〜85質量%の、分散剤としての、1つまたは複数の硫酸アルキルエーテル、硫酸アルキル、スルホン酸アルキル、スルホコハク酸のモノ−およびジエステル、グリシン酸アルキル、サルコシン酸アルキルおよび/またはタウリン酸アルキルまたはこれらの組合せと、
b)15〜40質量%の、下記化合物およびその混合物から構成される群から選択される真珠光沢形成成分と
一般式(I)
R2は、−C2H4−または−C3H5−の2価の基であり、
R3は、Hまたは式
に係る脂肪酸グリコールエステル、
一般式(II)
R6は、H、1〜4個のC原子を含むアルキル基、−(CH2−CH2−O)n−
R8、−(CH2−CH(CH3)−CH2−O)n−R8、但しn=1〜10、
R7は、H、1〜4個のC原子を含むアルキル基、−(CH2−CH2−O)n−
R8、−(CH2−CH(CH3)−CH2−O)n−R8、但しn=1〜10、
R8は、H、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、i−プロピル、n−ブチル、
i−ブチル 、またはt−ブチルである]
に係る脂肪酸アルカノールアミド、
c)保存料、緩衝剤及び無機電解質よりなる群から選ばれる添加物と、
d)合わせて100質量%になる量で、但し30質量%を超えない濃度の水と
を含有するポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物。 - 分散剤および真珠光沢形成成分の合計(活性量)含有量が、少なくとも60質量%である、請求項1記載のポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物。
- 水および添加物の合計含有量が、真珠光沢濃縮物の総量に対して30質量%未満である、請求項1記載のポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物。
- 硫酸アルキルエーテル、硫酸アルキルおよび/またはスルホン酸アルキルまたはこれらの組合せの含有量が、85質量%以下である、請求項1記載のポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物。
- R5の少なくとも60%はC12−アルキルである、請求項1記載のポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物。
- ポリオールを含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物。
- 次の工程、
a)硫酸アルキルエーテル、硫酸アルキル、スルホン酸アルキル、スルホコハク酸のモノ−およびジエステル、グリシン酸アルキル、サルコシン酸アルキルおよび/またはタウリン酸アルキルまたはこれらの組合せから選択される分散剤と、
一般式(I)
R2は、−C2H4−または−C3H5−の2価の基であり、
R3は、Hまたは式
nは、1〜10の数である]
に係る1つまたは複数の脂肪酸グリコールエステルおよび/または、
一般式(II)
R6は、H、1〜4個のC原子を含むアルキル基、−(CH2−CH2−O)n−
R8、−(CH2−CH(CH3)−CH2−O)n−R8、但しn=1〜10、
R7は、H、1〜4個のC原子を含むアルキル基、−(CH2−CH2−O)n−
R8、−(CH2−CH(CH3)−CH2−O)n−R8、但しn=1〜10、
R8は、H、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、i−プロピル、n−ブチル、
i−ブチル、またはt−ブチルである]
に係る1つまたは複数の脂肪酸アルカノールアミドから選択される真珠光沢形成
成分と、選択的に、水を、第1撹拌段階へ導入し、55℃〜90℃でラメラ流動

を含み、添加物は、第1撹拌段階または第2撹拌段階に導入することができる、ポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物の製造方法。 - 0.1〜40質量%の真珠光沢濃縮物が界面活性剤複合物中に含まれる、請求項1記載のポンピング可能な水性真珠光沢濃縮物の、界面活性剤複合物中での使用。
