ポリプロピレン樹脂(日本ポリプロ(株)製、商品名SA01A)を用意した。この樹脂を四葉型のノズル孔形状を有する紡糸ノズルを用いて、紡糸温度を270℃として溶融押出し、引取速度839m/分で引き取り、繊度4dtexの紡糸フィラメント(未延伸糸)を作製した。得られた紡糸フィラメントを使用し、150℃で、3.6倍に乾式延伸し、繊維仕上げ剤(界面活性剤)として炭素数12のアルキルリン酸エステルカリウム塩を1.0質量%付着させ、繊維長6mmに切断し、繊度1.2dtexの本発明の硬化体補強用繊維を得た。
紡糸フィラメント(未延伸糸)の繊度を7.7dtexとし、延伸温度を155℃とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、繊度2.2dtexの本発明の硬化体補強用繊維を得た。
紡糸フィラメント(未延伸糸)の繊度を17.3dtexとし、延伸倍率を3.8倍とした以外は、実施例2と同様の方法で、繊度5dtexの本発明の硬化体補強用繊維を得た。
ポリプロピレン樹脂(日本ポリプロ(株)製、商品名SA01A)を用意した。この樹脂を四葉型のノズル孔形状を有する紡糸ノズルを用いて、紡糸温度を270℃として溶融押出し、引取速度428m/分で引き取り、繊度7.8dtexの紡糸フィラメント(未延伸糸)を作製した。得られた紡糸フィラメントを使用し、155℃で、4.4倍に乾式延伸した。得られた延伸フィラメントを、コロナ放電処理機に通して、0.5kW/m2/minの放電量でコロナ放電処理して親水化し、次いで、繊維仕上げ剤(界面活性剤)として実施例1で用いたものよりもセメントとの親和性が高い別のリン酸エステル系界面活性剤を1.0質量%付着させ、繊維長6mmに切断し、繊度2.2dtexの本発明の硬化体補強用繊維を得た。
芯成分樹脂及び鞘成分樹脂としてポリプロピレン樹脂(日本ポリプロ(株)製、商品名SA01A)を用意し、鞘成分樹脂には炭酸カルシウム粒子(平均粒子径0.57μm)を混合した。四葉型のノズル孔形状を有する複合紡糸ノズルを用いて、芯鞘比が芯:鞘=8:2で紡糸し、紡糸温度を270℃として溶融押出し、引取速度428m/分で引き取り、鞘成分にのみ炭酸カルシウム粒子を6質量%(ポリプロピレン繊維100質量%に対して1.2質量%)練り込んだ繊度7.8dtexの紡糸フィラメント(未延伸糸)を作製した。得られた紡糸フィラメントは、実施例4と同様の方法で、延伸、コロナ放電処理、繊維仕上げ剤付着、切断し、繊度2.2dtexの本発明の硬化体補強用繊維を得た。
Y型のノズル孔形状を有する紡糸ノズルを用いた以外は、実施例2と同様の方法で、Y型断面を有する繊度2.2dtexのポリプロピレン繊維を得た。得られた繊維は、繊維断面形状が3つの凸部を有するY状であり、その凸部は根元部分から先端部分にかけて先細り形状であった。
円型のノズル孔形状を有する紡糸ノズルを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、円型断面を有する繊度1.1dtexのポリプロピレン繊維を得た。
セメント400g、骨材100g(セメント:骨材(質量比)=4:1)、パルプ5gを配合したコンクリートに対し、実施例1〜5の繊維及び比較例1〜2の繊維を、それぞれ、1.5g(0.3質量%)混入させた。このコンクリートと水とを、質量比で1:9の割合で混合し、混練を行った後、型に流し込んで脱水して、硬化させ、さらに28日間自然養生した。得られた硬化体について、それぞれ曲げ強度を測定した結果を表1に示す。
Claims (8)
- 繊維の横断面の形状が3つ以上の凸部を有する多葉状であり、
少なくとも一つの凸部は、先端部分が略曲線状であり、繊維の中心に向かう根元部分の幅が先端部分の最大幅に比べて小さくなっており、
前記凸部の長さCが3〜50μmであり、
繊度が0.5〜30dtexの範囲であることを特徴とする、水硬性硬化体補強用繊維。 - 前記凸部の先端部分における最大幅Aと、根元部分の幅Bとの比(A/B)が、1〜5である、請求項1に記載の水硬性硬化体補強用繊維。
- 前記凸部が、繊維の長さ方向に連続して存在している、請求項1または2に記載の水硬性硬化体補強用繊維。
- 繊維断面において、凸部の変形により、隣り合う凸部間の距離がランダムになっている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水硬性硬化体補強用繊維。
- 繊維断面において、凸部の根元部分の一部が剥離するか、または根元部分からフィブリル化している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の水硬性硬化体補強用繊維。
- 前記水硬性硬化体補強用繊維がフッ素ガス処理、プラズマ放電処理及びコロナ放電処理から選ばれる少なくとも1つの親水化処理により親水化されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の水硬性硬化体補強用繊維。
- 前記水硬性硬化体補強用繊維は複合繊維であり、前記複合繊維の鞘成分に無機物粒子が含まれている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の水硬性硬化体補強用繊維。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の水硬性硬化体補強用繊維と水硬性硬化性材料とが混合され、かつ水硬性硬化性材料が硬化されていることを特徴とする、水硬性硬化体。
