Description
Claims (10)
- 細長い撚糸品を処理するための機械であって、回転可能に取り付けられた回転弓状体(1)であって前記撚糸品を撚る機能を果たす回転弓状体を有する、機械において、前記回転弓状体が、
長手方向軸(3)にほぼ沿う延長部であって、少なくとも所定セクションが湾曲した、延長部と、
横断面領域(4)により描かれ、前記長手方向軸(3)に対してほぼ直角に延在する横断面と、
前記長手方向軸(3)とほぼ平行に延在する長手方向溝部であって、当該長手方向溝部の横断面領域(10)によって描かれる横断面を有し、前記撚糸品を当該回転弓状体(1)の当該長手方向溝部内で前記長手方向軸(3)の方向に移動可能に案内できる、長手方向溝部と、
を有し、
前記回転弓状体(1)が、繊維補強されたプラスチックからなり、中実本体部の外形として形成されており、
少なくとも1つの案内素子(2)が設けられ、前記案内素子が、前記長手方向溝部の少なくとも一部を被覆し、前記撚糸品を案内するように構成され、
前記横断面領域(4)が、ほぼ楕円の基本形状を示し、
前記案内素子(2)の2つの腕部が、前記長手方向溝部内に延在することを特徴とする機械。 - 前記長手方向溝部の前記横断面領域(10)の一部が、前記楕円の基本形状の第1半軸(5)と交差することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記長手方向溝部の少なくとも一部の表面(11)には、被覆部が設けられており、
前記被覆部が、摩耗低減及び/または摩擦低減材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の機械。 - 前記長手方向溝部の少なくとも一部の表面(11)には、スライドプレート(8)が設けられており、
前記スライドプレートの少なくとも一部が、摩耗低減及び/または摩擦低減材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の機械。 - 少なくとも1つの前記案内素子(2)の少なくとも一部が、摩耗低減及び/または摩擦低減材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 少なくとも1つの前記案内素子(2)が、少なくとも1つの固定素子(15)を用いて前記回転弓状体(1)に取り外し可能に付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 周辺の閉塞した撚糸品案内凹所(12)を有する全横断面領域が、前記湾曲した領域に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機械。
- 少なくとも1つの固定素子(15)が、全横断面領域内にほぼ配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の機械。
- 前記回転弓状体(1)が、少なくとも2つの前記案内素子(2)を有し、
前記案内素子が、当該案内素子(2)において前記撚糸品を反らせる反らせ角度が2つの連続的な当該案内素子(2)において同一となるように、位置付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の機械。 - 細長い撚糸品を処理するための請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の機械で使用される回転可能に取り付けられる回転弓状体(1)を製造するための方法であって、
前記撚糸品を撚る機能を果たす回転弓状体(1)が、
長手方向軸(3)にほぼ沿う延長部であって、少なくとも所定セクションが湾曲した、延長部と、
横断面領域(4)により描かれ、前記長手方向軸(3)に対してほぼ直角に延在する横断面と、
前記長手方向軸(3)とほぼ平行に延在する長手方向溝部であって、当該長手方向溝部の横断面領域(10)によって描かれる横断面を有し、前記撚糸品を当該回転弓状体(1)の当該長手方向溝部内で前記長手方向軸(3)の方向に移動可能に案内できる、長手方向溝部と、
前記長手方向溝部の少なくとも一部を被覆し、前記撚糸品を案内するように構成された少なくとも1つの案内素子(2)と、
を有し、
前記長手方向溝部を有する前記回転弓状体(1)を、中実本体部の外形として繊維補強されたプラスチックから製造し、前記横断面領域(4)が、ほぼ楕円の基本形状を示し、
少なくとも1つの前記案内素子(2)を、前記回転弓状体に接続し、
前記案内素子(2)の2つの腕部が、前記長手方向溝部内に延在することを特徴とする方法。
