Description
従来のタッチパネルは、検出電極、導電回路、マスキング要素、支持基板、及びアンチスクラッチ、アンチグレア、及び/又はアンチリフレクティブ機能をもたらす保護レンズの一以上の層を含む。従来のタッチパネルの二次加工において、構成要素は支持基板と保護レンズ基板とに別々に形成される。その後、支持基板と保護レンズ基板とは、タッチパネルを形成するために積層される。例えば、検出電極は支持基板に形成され、マスキング素子及び導電回路は保護レンズ基板に形成される。支持基板と保護レンズ基板とを積層した後、導電回路は接触入力を伝送するために検出電極に電気的に接続される。マスキング素子は、ユーザがディスプレイの情報を見るとき導電回路の視認障害を取り除くために当該導電回路を覆うことができる。従来の近接させる二つの基板はタッチパネルの厚さを増加させる。特に、正確な位置決めは、検出電極と導電回路とを適切に接続するための積層工程を必要とする。そのため、製造の複雑さを増加させる。

Claims (13)
- 実質的に透明な領域と前記実質的に透明な領域に隣接する隣接領域とを有する単一で一体的な基板と、
前記基板の前記隣接領域上に構成され、不透明なマスキング要素と、
接触信号を検出する電極と、
信号処理器に前記接触信号を伝送する導電回路と、を備え、
前記電極と前記マスキング要素とは、一体的に形成され、
前記一体的に形成された電極とマスキング要素とは、前記基板の一方の面上に形成されているタッチパネルスタックアップ。 - 前記電極は、前記導電回路に電気的に接続されている請求項1のタッチパネルスタックアップ。
- 前記導電回路は、前記マスキング要素上に構成されている請求項1又は2のタッチパネルスタックアップ。
- 前記マスキング要素の一部は、前記電極上に構成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項のタッチパネルスタックアップ。
- 前記導電回路は、前記電極と共に前記基板の一方の面上に構成されている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項のタッチパネルスタックアップ。
- 前記導電回路は、前記マスキング要素上に構成され、
前記マスキング要素の一部は、前記電極上に構成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項のタッチパネルスタックアップ。 - 誘電要素をさらに備え、
前記誘電要素が前記マスキング要素と前記導電回路との間に構成されている、又は前記誘電要素が前記マスキング要素と前記導電回路の間、及び前記マスキング要素と前記電極との間に構成されている、又は前記誘電要素及び前記マスキング要素が前記電極と共に前記基板の一方の面上に構成されている、又は前記導電回路は前記誘電要素上に構成されている、又は前記電極の一部が前記誘電要素上に構成されている、又は前記導電回路の一部が前記電極上に構成されている請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項のタッチパネルスタックアップ。 - 前記電極は、
第1の検出電極パターンと、
第2の検出電極パターンと、
第1の電気配線と、
第2の電気配線と、
絶縁体と、を備える請求項1のタッチパネルスタックアップ。 - 前記絶縁体は、前記第1の電気配線を前記第2の電気配線から電気的に絶縁する請求項8のタッチパネルスタックアップ。
- 前記絶縁体は前記第1の電気配線上に構成され、
前記第2の電気配線は、前記絶縁体上に構成され、前記第2の電気配線は、前記第1の検出電極パターン及び前記第2の検出電極パターンに電気的に接続されている請求項8又は9のタッチパネルスタックアップ。 - 前記絶縁体はスルーホールをさらに備え、
前記第2の電気配線は、前記スルーホールを介して前記第1の検出電極パターン及び前記第2の検出電極パターンに電気的に接続されている請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項のタッチパネルスタックアップ。 - 前記第1の電気配線は、基板上に構成され、
前記絶縁体は、前記第1の電気配線上に構成され、
前記第2の電気配線は前記絶縁体上に構成されている請求項8乃至11のいずれか1項のタッチパネルスタックアップ。 - 前記電極は、検出電極パターンと第1の電気配線とをさらに備え、
前記検出電極パターンと前記第1の電気配線とは、同じ材料で作られている請求項1のタッチパネルスタックアップ。
