Description

Claims (15)
- 二硫化モリブデン前駆体材料、液体および分散剤を含むスラリーを高温ガス流中で噴霧することによって製造される二硫化モリブデン粉末であって、二硫化モリブデンのフレーク様の副粒子の凝集により形成される球形の二硫化モリブデン粒子を含み、少なくとも90重量%の二硫化モリブデンを含む、二硫化モリブデン粉末。
- 前記二硫化モリブデン粉末が105s/50g未満のHall流動性を含む、請求項1に記載の粉末。
- 前記二硫化モリブデン粉末が73s/50g〜105s/50gの範囲のHall流動性を含む、請求項1に記載の粉末。
- 前記二硫化モリブデン粉末が少なくとも0.9g/ccのScott密度を含む、請求項1に記載の粉末。
- 前記二硫化モリブデン粉末が0.9g/cc〜1g/ccの範囲のScott密度を含む、請求項1に記載の粉末。
- 二硫化モリブデン粉末が少なくとも94重量%の二硫化モリブデンを含む、請求項1に記載の粉末。
- 二硫化モリブデン粒子が1μm〜2μmの範囲のFisher数を有する、請求項1に記載の粉末。
- 二硫化モリブデン粒子が46μm〜61μmの範囲のD50粒径を有する、請求項1に記載に粉末。
