Description
そして、図4に示すように、実施例1乃至7に係る被覆用粉末Fを作製した。実施例1及び2は、各種酸化チタン単独の被覆用粉末Fからなる。実施例3乃至7は、酸化チタン(ST‐21)に三酸化タングステンを添加したもので、その添加量を、夫々、1重量%、5重量%、10重量%、20重量%、30重量%と変えた被覆用粉末Fからなる。

Claims (2)
- 皮膜付き基材であって、
金属又は合金から構成される基材の表面に直接、少なくともアナターゼ型の二酸化チタンの一次粒子が堆積して皮膜が形成されており、
前記皮膜の前記基材に対する付着率は、86.6%以上98.0%以下であり、
前記一次粒子の平均粒径が20nm以下である
皮膜付き基材。 - 皮膜付き基材であって、
金属又は合金から構成される基材の表面に直接、少なくともアナターゼ型の二酸化チタンの一次粒子が堆積して皮膜が形成されており、
前記皮膜は、三酸化タングステン(WO3)、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、チタン酸ストロンチウム(SrTiO3)、酸化錫(SnO2)、酸化第二鉄(Fe2O3)、硫化カドミウム(CdS)、酸化マグネシウム(MgO)、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、酸化ケイ素(SiO2)、二酸化クロム(CrO2)、酸化第二クロム(Cr2O3)、酸化マンガン(MnO2)、四三酸化鉄(Fe3O4)、酸化コバルト(CoO)、酸化ニッケル(NiO)、酸化銅(CuO)、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)、酸化モリブデン(MoO3)の群から選択された1種または2種以上の半導体セラミックスの一次粒子をさらに含み、
前記アナターゼ型の二酸化チタンの一次粒子の含有量は、前記アナターゼ型の二酸化チタンの一次粒子及び前記半導体セラミックスの一次粒子の総重量100重量%に対し、70重量%以上である
