Description
前記のようなハイブリッド車両の変速機は、より簡単な構成で様々な運転モードを実現できるようにし、車両の走行状況に応じてその運転モードを変更することにより、より効率的な運行によって車両の燃費を改善し、加速性能を向上させるなど、車両の走行性能の向上をもたらすようにすることが好ましい。
前記第1差動ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記エンジンに連結される回転要素と前記互いに選択的に連結できる回転要素以外の1個の回転要素に常時連結される第1モータジェネレータと、前記第2差動ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記第1差動ギア装置の回転要素と常時連結される回転要素に常時連結される第2モータジェネレータと、前記第2差動ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記出力要素および前記第2モータジェネレータに連結されない1個の回転要素の回転を拘束できるように備えられた第1固定メカニズムと、前記第1モータジェネレータが連結された前記第1差動ギア装置の1個の回転要素の回転を拘束できるように備えられた第2固定メカニズムと、を含んで構成されることを特徴とする。
さらに、モータジェネレータが選択的に動力補助または主駆動を行なうとともに、エンジン駆動時には、一般変速機の変速段のように固定ギア比で複数の固定ギア比モードの実現が可能であり、車両の走行状況に応じた高効率運転が可能であるため、より安価に車両のパワートレインを構成しつつ車両の燃費向が計れる効果がある。
第1差動ギア装置1は、エンジン(ENGINE)に連結される回転要素を含んで少なくとも4個以上の回転要素を備え、これらのうちの2個の回転要素が互いに選択的に連結できるようになっている。
第2差動ギア装置3は、出力要素(OUTPUT)に連結される回転要素を含んで少なくとも3個以上の回転要素を備え、前記回転要素のうちの1個の回転要素が第1差動ギア装置1の1個の回転要素に常時連結され、他の1個の回転要素が第1差動ギア装置1の他の1個の回転要素に選択的に連結されている。
第1固定メカニズムBK1は、第2差動ギア装置3の回転要素のうちの出力要素(OUTPUT)および第2モータジェネレータMG2に連結されない1個の回転要素の回転を拘束できるように備えられ、第2固定メカニズムBK2は、第1モータジェネレータMG1が連結された第1差動ギア装置1の1個の回転要素の回転を拘束できるように備えられる。
本実施形態において、第1差動ギア装置1および第2差動ギア装置3は各々遊星ギア装置で構成したが、遊星ギア装置だけでなく、ベベルギアなどのようなギアを使い、少なくともいずれか1つのギアの回転速度が常に他の2つのギアの加重平均速度をなすようにする他のギア装置によっても実現することができる。
第1遊星ギア装置1は、第1−1サンギア(S1−1)と、第1−2サンギア(S1−2)と、第1キャリア(C1)、および第1リングギア(R1)を含んで構成され、第2遊星ギア装置3は、第2サンギア(S2)と、第2キャリア(C2)、および第2リングギア(R2)を含んで構成される。
第2クラッチCL2は第1遊星ギア装置1の第1キャリアC1と第1リングギアR1との間を選択的に連結および遮断できるように設けられ、第1ブレーキBK1は第2リングギアR2の回転を拘束できるように設けられ、第2モータジェネレータMG2は前記第2サンギア(S2)に常時連結され、前記出力要素(OUTPUT)は第2キャリアC2に連結される構造である。
図1の実施形態は、前記共通した構成以外に、エンジン(ENGINE)は第1キャリアC1に連結され、第1モータジェネレータMG1は第1−1サンギアS1−1に連結され、第1−2サンギアS1−2は第2サンギアS2に常時連結され、第1クラッチCL1は第1キャリアC1と第2リングギアR2を選択的に連結させるように設けられ、第2ブレーキBK2は第1−1サンギアS1−1の回転を拘束できるように設けられた構成である。
図3は図1の実施形態が実現できる各作動モードを図表化したものであり、電気車モードであるEV1モード、EV2モードと、2個の動力分岐モードである入力分岐モードと複合分岐モード、および4個の固定ギア段モードとしてUD1、UD2、1:1、ODのモードについて示す。
第2リングギアR2が第1ブレーキBK1によって固定されているため、第2モータジェネレータMG2が第2サンギアS2を駆動すれば、第2キャリアC2を介して減速され、出力要素(OUTPUT)に引き出されることにより、出力要素(OUTPUT)に連結される駆動輪を駆動する状態となる。
この時、第1−2サンギアS1−2は第2サンギアS2と共に第2モータジェネレータMG2によって駆動され、エンジン(ENGINE)は固定された状態であるため、第1モータジェネレータMG1は第1−1サンギアS1−1によって逆方向に自由回転する状態となる。
第1クラッチCL1の締結により、第1遊星ギア装置1と第2遊星ギア装置3では互いに2個の回転要素が連結され、図示したように単一直線型レバーを形成することになる。第1ブレーキBK1によって第2リングギアR2と第1キャリアC1およびエンジン(ENGINE)が固定された状態になり、第1モータジェネレータMG1と第2モータジェネレータMG2は図示したように互いに反対方向に駆動され、第2キャリアC2を介して動力を引き出す。
したがって、第1モータジェネレータMG1と第2モータジェネレータMG2をEV1モードより各々より効率の良い状態で駆動することができるため、窮極的に車両の燃費を改善するモードである。
第1ブレーキBK1だけが締結された状態で、エンジン(ENGINE)の動力と第2モータジェネレータMG2の動力によって駆動され、第1モータジェネレータMG1においては発電を遂行することができる。
図7は動力分岐モードの1つである複合分岐モードを実現する状態であり、第1クラッチCL1を締結して実現する。この時、第1遊星ギア装置1と第2遊星ギア装置3は第1クラッチCL1によって互いに2個の回転要素が一体化する状態になり、図示したように1つのレバーを形成し、第2モータジェネレータMG2とエンジン(ENGINE)によって駆動され、第1モータジェネレータMG1は状況に応じて発電または動力循環の状態を有する。
第2クラッチCL2の締結によって第1遊星ギア装置1は一体化し、第1ブレーキBK1の締結によって第2リングギアR2は固定されるため、エンジン(ENGINE)の動力は第1キャリアC1に供給されて第1遊星ギア装置1全体を一体に回転させる。この動力は第2遊星ギア装置3の第2サンギアS2を駆動させるため、この動力は再び第2キャリアC2を介して減速されて引き出される状況になる。この時、第1モータジェネレータMG1と第2モータジェネレータMG2はエンジン(ENGINE)と共に自由回転する状態であり、エンジン(ENGINE)の動力は第2遊星ギア装置3の一定した減速比によって減速されて出力される状態である。
エンジン(ENGINE)からの動力は、第1−1サンギアS1−1が固定されているため、第1キャリアC1と第1−2サンギアS1−2を介して第2遊星ギア装置3の第2サンギアS2に供給され、第2サンギアS2の動力は第2キャリアC2を介して減速されて引き出される状態である。
図10は第1クラッチCL1と第2クラッチCL2が全て締結されて1:1の変速比を実現する状態であり、前記第2クラッチ(CL2)によって前記第1遊星ギア装置1が一体化し、第1クラッチCL1によって第2遊星ギア装置3が第1遊星ギア装置1に一体化するため、第1キャリアC1に入力されたエンジン(ENGINE)の動力はそのまま第2キャリアC2を介して出力要素(OUTPUT)に引き出される状態である。
勿論、第1モータジェネレータMG1と第2モータジェネレータMG2はエンジン(ENGINE)と共に自由回転する状態である。
すなわち、第1クラッチCL1の締結によって第1遊星ギア装置1と第2遊星ギア装置3は1つのレバーを構成する状態になり、第1−1サンギアS1−1が固定された状態であるため、第1キャリアC1に供給されたエンジン(ENGINE)の動力は、第2リングギアR2に供給された後、第2キャリアC2を介して増速されて出力される。
一方、図12は図2の実施形態の作動モードを図表化したものであり、電気車モードであるEV1モードと、動力分岐モードである入力分岐モードおよび複合分岐モード、および固定ギア段モードであるUD、1:1、ODモードについて示す。
本実施形態の動力流れおよび作用は図1の実施形態とほぼ類似するので詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (6)
- エンジンに連結される回転要素を含み少なくとも4個以上の回転要素を備え、これらのうちの2個の回転要素が互いに選択的に連結できるように備えられた第1差動ギア装置と、
出力要素に連結される回転要素を含み少なくとも3個以上の回転要素を備え、前記回転要素のうちの1個の回転要素が前記第1差動ギア装置の1個の回転要素に常時連結され、他の1個の回転要素が前記第1差動ギア装置の他の1個の回転要素に選択的に連結される第2差動ギア装置と、
前記第1差動ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記エンジンに連結される回転要素と前記互いに選択的に連結できる回転要素以外の1個の回転要素に常時連結される第1モータジェネレータと、
前記第2差動ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記第1差動ギア装置の回転要素と常時連結される回転要素に常時連結される第2モータジェネレータと、
前記第2差動ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記出力要素および前記第2モータジェネレータに連結されない1個の回転要素の回転を拘束できるように備えられた第1固定メカニズムと、
前記第1モータジェネレータが連結された前記第1差動ギア装置の1個の回転要素の回転を拘束できるように備えられた第2固定メカニズムと、
を含んで構成され、
前記第2差動ギア装置の1個の回転要素は、第3トルク伝達機構を介して前記第1差動ギア装置の1個の回転要素に選択的に連結され、
前記第1差動ギア装置の2個の回転要素は、第4トルク伝達機構を介して選択的に連結できるように構成され、
前記第1差動ギア装置は、第1−1サンギアと、第1−2サンギアと、第1キャリア、および第1リングギアを含んで構成されるレベニュータイプ遊星ギア装置からなり、
前記第2差動ギア装置は、第2サンギアと、第2キャリア、および第2リングギアを含んで構成される単純遊星ギア装置からなり、
前記第1固定メカニズムと第2固定メカニズムは各々連結された回転要素の回転を制限できるように構成された第1ブレーキおよび第2ブレーキで構成され、前記第3トルク伝達機構と第4トルク伝達機構は各々互いに相対回転可能な2個の回転要素の間を選択的に連結および遮断できるように構成された第1クラッチおよび第2クラッチで構成され、
前記第2クラッチは前記第1差動ギア装置の第1キャリアと第1リングギアとの間を選択的に連結および遮断できるように設けられ、
前記第1ブレーキは前記第2リングギアの回転を拘束できるように設けられ、
前記第2モータジェネレータは前記第2サンギアに常時連結され、
前記出力要素は前記第2キャリアに連結されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の変速機。 - 前記エンジンは前記第1キャリアに連結され、
前記第1モータジェネレータは前記第1−1サンギアに連結され、
前記第1−2サンギアは前記第2サンギアに常時連結され、
前記第1クラッチは前記第1キャリアと第2リングギアを選択的に連結させるように設けられ、
前記第2ブレーキは前記第1−1サンギアの回転を拘束できるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速機。 - 前記エンジンは前記第1リングギアに連結され、
前記第1モータジェネレータは前記第1−2サンギアに連結され、
前記第1−1サンギアは前記第2サンギアに常時連結され、
前記第1クラッチは前記第1キャリアと第2キャリアを選択的に連結させるように設けられ、
前記第2ブレーキは前記第1−2サンギアの回転を拘束できるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速機。 - 少なくとも4個以上の回転要素を備え、エンジンが連結される第1遊星ギ
ア装置と、
前記第1遊星ギア装置の回転要素に常時連結される回転要素、選択的に連結される回転要素、及び出力要素に連結される回転要素からなる第2遊星ギア装置と、
前記第2遊星ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記出力要素が連結される回転要素と前記第1遊星ギア装置の回転要素に常時連結された回転要素以外の回転要素の回転を制限できるように備えられた第1固定メカニズムと、
前記第1遊星ギア装置の回転要素のうちの互いに選択的に連結できるようになった回転要素と前記第2遊星ギア装置の回転要素に常時連結された回転要素以外の回転要素の回転を制限できるように備えられた第2固定メカニズムと、
前記第1遊星ギア装置の1個の回転要素と前記第2遊星ギア装置の1個の回転要素との間を選択的に連結および遮断できるように設けられた第3トルク伝達機構と、
前記第1遊星ギア装置の2個の回転要素の間を互いに選択的に連結および遮断できるように備えられた第4トルク伝達機構と、
前記第1遊星ギア装置の1個の回転要素に連結される第1モータジェネレータと、
前記第2遊星ギア装置の1個の回転要素に連結される第2モータジェネレータと、を含み、
前記第1モータジェネレータは前記第1遊星ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記互いに選択的に連結できる回転要素と前記第2遊星ギア装置の回転要素に常時連結された回転要素以外の回転要素に常時連結され、
前記第2モータジェネレータは前記第2遊星ギア装置の回転要素のうちの前記第1遊星ギア装置の回転要素と常時連結された回転要素に常時連結され、
前記第1差動ギア装置は、第1−1サンギアと、第1−2サンギアと、第1キャリア、および第1リングギアを含んで構成されるレベニュータイプ遊星ギア装置からなり、
前記第2差動ギア装置は、第2サンギアと、第2キャリア、および第2リングギアを含んで構成される単純遊星ギア装置からなり、
前記第1固定メカニズムと第2固定メカニズムは各々連結された回転要素の回転を制限できるように構成された第1ブレーキおよび第2ブレーキで構成され、
前記第3トルク伝達機構と第4トルク伝達機構は各々互いに相対回転可能な2個の回転要素の間を選択的に連結および遮断できるように構成された第1クラッチおよび第2クラッチで構成され、
前記第2クラッチは前記第1差動ギア装置の第1キャリアと第1リングギアとの間を選択的に連結および遮断できるように設けられ、
前記第1ブレーキは前記第2リングギアの回転を拘束できるように設けられ、
前記第2モータジェネレータは前記第2サンギアに常時連結され、
前記出力要素は前記第2キャリアに連結されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の変速機。 - 前記エンジンは前記第1キャリアに連結され、
