Description
− 水蒸気混合物の流れを収容し且つ水蒸気混合物を加熱するためのチャンバと、
− 水蒸気混合物をチャンバに供給するための入口と、
− チャンバから蒸気を放出するための出口とを含む、
蒸気処理(スチーミング)装置における使用のための排出ユニットに関する。
Claims (15)
- 蒸気加熱装置において使用される排出ユニットであって、
水と蒸気との混合物の流れを受容し且つ該水と蒸気との混合物を加熱するためのチャンバと、
前記水と蒸気との混合物を前記チャンバに供給するための入口と、
前記チャンバから蒸気を排出するための出口と、
前記入口から前記出口への前記蒸気の流路において、前記チャンバの内側に前記入口から離れる方向に延びるように形成されるとともに、内部に流路が形成されて前記出口に連通する障壁とを含むことで、
該障壁は、前記入口から前記出口への流路内に障害を構成し、それによって、使用中、前記流れを前記障壁の周りに前記チャンバの壁に沿って循環させるように従わせ、
前記チャンバは疎水性を有する表面を備え、該表面は前記チャンバの内側に配置される、
排出ユニット。 - 前記疎水表面は、前記出口の直ぐ周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記障壁は、前記出口の周りに配置され、前記疎水表面は、前記障壁を取り囲む、請求項1に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記障壁は、管状に成形される、請求項1に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記チャンバは、湾曲壁を含み、前記入口は、前記チャンバの前記湾曲壁に対して接線方向の向きを有する、請求項1に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記出口は、前記湾曲壁以外の前記チャンバの壁に配置される、請求項5に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記出口は、前記チャンバの前記湾曲壁に対して中心位置を有する、請求項5に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記チャンバの前記湾曲壁は、テーパを備える。請求項5に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記チャンバは、蒸気形成を強化するために、前記チャンバの内側に配置される親水表面を更に含む、請求項1に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記チャンバは、2つの端壁と、該端壁間に延在する湾曲側壁とを有するシリンダ状に成形され、前記障壁は、前記シリンダの前記端壁の一方から内向きに延びる管状に成形される、請求項1に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記疎水表面は、前記管状の成形される障壁に配置される、請求項10に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記管状に成形される障壁は、前記出口を取り囲む、請求項10に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記障壁を含む前記端壁から離れた前記チャンバの前記他の端壁で前記チャンバの内側に配置される追加的な障壁を更に含み、該追加的な障壁は、前記水と蒸気との混合物の前記流れを方向付けるよう配置される、請求項10に記載の排出ユニット。
- 前記出口及び前記障壁が配置される前記端壁の内表面は、溝とリブとのパターンを備える、請求項1に記載の排出ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの排出ユニットを備える蒸気アイロンにおける使用の
ための底板。
