Description
DVDBOはジビニルベンゼンジオキシドを意味し;DGEPBAはビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテルを意味し;D.E.R.383エポキシ樹脂は、The Dow Chemical Companyから市販されている、EEW180を有するDGEPBAエポキシ樹脂であり;Jeffamine D230ポリアミノエーテルは、Huntsman Performance Productsから市販されているポリ(オキシプロピレンジアミン)(D230)であり;ChemMod 67樹脂は、Polystar LLCから市販されているブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテル(BDDGE)であり;DSCは示差走査熱量測定法を意味し;そしてTgはガラス転移温度を意味する。
粘度はARES Rheomechanical Analyzerによって測定する。
脂環式アミンを含まないDVBDO配合物
D.E.R.383エポキシ樹脂61.8g、DVBDO 10.9g、分子量230のJeffamine D230ポリアミノエーテル23.6g及びアミノエチルピペラジン3.7gの混合物は25℃で150mPa・sの粘度を有する。
脂環式アミンを含まないDVBDO配合物
D.E.R.383エポキシ樹脂57.4g、DVBDO 14.3g、分子量230のJeffamine D230ポリアミノエーテル24.5g及びアミノエチルピペラジン3.8gの混合物は25℃で100mPa・sの粘度を有する。
脂環式アミンを含むBDDGE配合物
D.E.R.383エポキシ樹脂64.9g、ブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテル(ChemMod 67樹脂)11.5g、分子量230のJeffamine D230ポリアミノエーテル17.3g、アミノエチルピペラジン3.2g及びイソホロンジアミン3.2gの混合物は25℃で200mPa・sの粘度を有する。
Claims (11)
- (a)ジビニルアレーンジオキシドと(b)側鎖ヒドロキシル基を含まないポリアミノエーテルとのブレンドを含んでなり、25℃において400mPa・s未満の粘度を有し、そしてガラス転移温度(Tg)が80℃超である、樹脂配合物。
- 前記ポリアミノエーテル成分(b)が側鎖ヒドロキシル基を有さないポリアミノエーテルを少なくとも50重量%まで含む請求項1に記載の樹脂配合物。
- 前記樹脂配合物の粘度が25℃において25〜300mPa・sの範囲である請求項1に記載の樹脂配合物。
- 前記ジビニルアレーンジオキシドがジビニルベンゼンジオキシドであり、前記ジビニルアレーンジオキシドの濃度が2〜98重量%の範囲である請求項1に記載の樹脂配合物。
- 前記ポリアミノエーテルがポリ(オキシプロピレンジアミン)であり、前記ポリアミノエーテルの濃度が10〜50重量%の範囲である請求項1に記載の樹脂配合物。
- 前記ポリ(オキシプロピレンジアミン)がJeffamine D230である請求項5に記載の樹脂配合物。
- 前記配合物がジビニルアレーンジオキシド以外のエポキシ樹脂を含み、前記エポキシ樹脂の濃度が2〜98重量%の範囲である請求項1に記載の樹脂配合物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂がビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテルを含み、前記のビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテルがD.E.R.383である請求項7に記載の樹脂配合物。
- 25〜150℃の範囲の温度において硬化された請求項1に記載の硬化樹脂配合物を含んでなる硬化樹脂配合物。
- 前記硬化樹脂のTgが60〜170℃の範囲である請求項9に記載の硬化樹脂配合物。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂配合物を用いることを含んでなる真空樹脂インフュージョン成形法。
