オイル1:出光興産株式会社製のダイアナプロセスオイルPW380(パラフィンオイル)
オイル2:JX日鉱日石エネルギー株式会社製の日石ポリブテンHV−300(重量平均分子量:1400)
フィラー:タルク(日本ミストロン社製のミストロンベーパー)
トリアジン誘導体:2−ジ−n−ブチルアミノ−4,6−ジメルカプト−s−トリアジン(三協化成(株)製のジスネットDB)
受酸剤:酸化マグネシウム(協和化学工業(株)製のキョーワマグ150)
ポリプロピレン1:日本ポリケミカル社製のBC6(流出温度181℃)
ポリプロピレン2:日本ポリケミカル社製のBC05B(流出温度170℃)
表1の配合量に従って、材料1の各成分を80℃のロールにて4分間練り込みトリアジン誘導体を含有するマスターバッチ(MB)とした後、押出し機にて180℃で押出し、ペレットにした。
ペレット1(材料1)と材料2をタンブラーにて混合した後、2軸押出機(アイペック製「HTM38」)にて180〜200℃に加熱しながら回転数200rpmで混練して動的架橋を行い、熱可塑性エラストマー組成物のペレット(ペレット2)を作製した。
射出成型装置で圧縮永久歪用のΦ29、高さ12.5mmの円柱状試験片を成型した際の外観形状を目視で評価した。
○:外観状問題ないレベル
△:外観に歪みが見られるが試験上問題のないレベル
×:外観に流動性不足による充填不足や変形のため試験用途に不適当
注射器に、射出成型したガスケットを装着し、注射器ごと120℃で2時間熱処理した後のガスケットのシール性を評価した。
○:液漏れがなく使用上問題ない
×:液漏れが発生し使用不可
JIS K6262に準拠して行った。具体的には直径29mm、厚さ12.5mmの円柱状の試験片をジグを用いて25%圧縮したまま120℃で22時間熱処理した。室温で3時間放冷した後、ジグから試験片を取り出して圧力を開放した。圧力の開放後30分後に試験片厚さを測定し、JIS K6262に記載の方法で圧縮永久歪を算出した。
Claims (6)
- 動的架橋されたブチル系ゴムと、ポリプロピレンを含有し(但し、水素化芳香族ビニル−共役ジエン化合物ブロック共重合体を含まない。)、ポリプロピレンの含有量が8質量%以下である熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、
動的架橋されたブチル系ゴムが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.1〜10質量部のトリアジン誘導体で動的架橋されたものである熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 - 動的架橋されたブチル系ゴムが、ハロゲン含有ブチルゴムである請求項1記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- さらに、軟化剤をゴム成分100質量部に対して0〜100質量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 軟化剤がパラフィンオイルまたは液状ポリブテンである請求項3に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を成形して得られた医療用ゴム用品。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を成形して得られた注射器用ガスケット。
