[0054] 水和実験:様々なpH条件における水中のキトサン、CPC−封入マイクロカプセルを評価するために、顕微鏡技法を用いた。懸濁液中のキトサン、CPC−封入マイクロカプセルの上澄み部分における蛍光の変化を評価するために、蛍光分光の技法を用いた。
[0056] 結果:この方法に従って生産されたキトサン、CPC−封入マイクロカプセルは極めて安定であり、ポリマー母材の親水性によりCPCの急速な放出を可能にした。加えて、水相への10重量%CPCの添加は、所与のせん断速度においてより小さなエマルジョンの小滴の形成を可能にすることによって、加工を容易にしたことが分かった。
[0063] 様々な歯磨剤配合物の実施例は、本発明をさらに深く説明するものであり、本発明を限定することを意図するものでは決して無い。その配合物は、本発明に従って生産されるCPC封入マイクロカプセルで作られる。
Claims (19)
- 5ミクロン〜50ミクロンの平均直径を有するポリマー性マイクロカプセルにより封入された塩化セチルピリジニウムを含む組成物であって、ここでポリマー性マイクロカプセルがキトサンを含む、陰イオン性界面活性剤の存在下で使用するための組成物。
- 陰イオン性界面活性剤がラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の組成物であって、さらに次のものからなるグループから選択される有効薬剤を含む組成物;第一スズイオン剤、トリクロサン、トリクロサン一リン酸、クロルヘキシジン、アレキシジン、ヘキセチジン、サンギナリン、塩化ベンザルコニウム、サリチルアニリド、アルギン酸エステル類、エチルラウリルアルギネート、ビスフェノール類、臭化ドミフェン、塩化テトラデシルピリジニウム(TPC)、N−テトラデシル−4−エチルピリジニウムクロリド(TDEPC)、オクテニジン、デルモピノール、オクタピノール、ナイシン、亜鉛イオン剤、銅イオン剤、精油、フラノン類、バクテリオシン類、およびそれらの塩類。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物であって、さらにフッ化物イオンの供給源を含む組成物。
- 抗菌性歯磨剤を製造するための方法であって:
塩化セチルピリジニウムをポリマー性マイクロカプセルの内部に封入すること;
歯磨剤を封入された塩化セチルピリジニウムと混合すること;および
陰イオン性界面活性剤を歯磨剤と混合すること、
を含み、ここでポリマー性マイクロカプセルが5ミクロン〜50ミクロンの平均直径を有し、キトサンを含む、上記方法。 - 陰イオン性界面活性剤がラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項5または6に記載の方法であって、さらにフッ化物イオンの供給源を歯磨剤と混合することを含む方法。
- 5ミクロン〜50ミクロンの平均直径を有するポリマー性マイクロカプセルにより封入された塩化セチルピリジニウムを生産する方法であって:
(a)塩化セチルピリジニウムを水相に溶解すること;
(b)溶解されたポリマーを有する疎水性有機溶媒内に水相を分散させて溶液を形成すること;
(c)溶液を外部の水相中に分散させること;および
(d)工程(c)の外部の水相から溶媒を除去して塩化セチルピリジニウムを封入したポリマー性マイクロカプセルを形成すること;
を含み、ここでポリマー性マイクロカプセルがキトサンを含み、
ポリマー性マイクロカプセルにより封入された塩化セチルピリジニウムが、陰イオン性界面活性剤の存在下で使用するためのものである、上記方法。 - 陰イオン性界面活性剤がラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項8または9に従って生産されるポリマー性マイクロカプセルにより封入された塩化セチルピリジニウムを含む個人用ケア製品。
- 請求項10の個人用ケア製品であって、さらにフッ化物イオンの供給源を含む個人用ケア製品。
- 5ミクロン〜50ミクロンの平均直径を有するポリマー性マイクロカプセルにより封入された塩化セチルピリジニウムを生産する方法であって:
(a)ポリマーおよび塩化セチルピリジニウムを水相に溶解すること;
(b)水相を、油中水エマルジョン滴として分散させること;ならびに
(c)工程(b)のエマルジョンを高温で攪拌して水相を蒸発させ、塩化セチルピリジニウムを封入したポリマー性マイクロカプセルを形成すること;
を含み、ここでポリマー性マイクロカプセルがキトサンを含み、
ポリマー性マイクロカプセルにより封入された塩化セチルピリジニウムが、陰イオン性界面活性剤の存在下で使用するためのものである、上記方法。 - 陰イオン性界面活性剤がラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項12または13に記載の方法であって、高温が95℃〜100℃である方法。
- 請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に従って生産されたポリマー性マイクロカプセルにより封入された塩化セチルピリジニウムを含む個人用ケア製品。
- 請求項15の個人用ケア製品であって、さらにフッ化物イオンの供給源を含む個人用ケア製品。
- 塩化セチルピリジニウムを封入したポリマー性マイクロカプセルであって、5ミクロン〜50ミクロンの平均直径を有し、キトサンを含む、陰イオン性界面活性剤の存在下で使用するためのポリマー性マイクロカプセル。
- 陰イオン性界面活性剤がラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである、請求項17に記載のポリマー性マイクロカプセル。
- 請求項17または18に記載のポリマー性マイクロカプセルであって、さらに次のものからなるグループから選択される有効薬剤を含むポリマー性マイクロカプセル;第一スズイオン剤、トリクロサン、トリクロサン一リン酸、クロルヘキシジン、アレキシジン、ヘキセチジン、サンギナリン、塩化ベンザルコニウム、サリチルアニリド、アルギン酸エステル類、エチルラウリルアルギネート、ビスフェノール類、臭化ドミフェン、塩化テトラデシルピリジニウム(TPC)、N−テトラデシル−4−エチルピリジニウムクロリド(TDEPC)、オクテニジン、デルモピノール、オクタピノール、ナイシン、亜鉛イオン剤、銅イオン剤、精油、フラノン類、バクテリオシン類、それらの塩類;およびそれらの混合物。
