Description
また、上記目的を達成するための第2発明の要旨とするところは、(a) ドリブンギヤおよびそのドリブンギヤと噛み合うドライブギヤと、トランスアクスルのリヤカバーとそのリヤカバーに固定されるポンプボデーとの間に形成されてそのドリブンギヤおよびドライブギヤを収容するポンプ室とを、備える車両用オイルポンプであって、(b) 前記リヤカバーと前記ポンプボデーとの間にプレートが介挿され、(c) 前記ポンプ室は、前記プレートと前記ポンプボデーとの間、又は前記プレートと前記リヤカバーとの間に形成され、(d) 前記トランスアクスル内には電動機が収容されており、(e) 前記ポンプボデーは、軸受を介して前記電動機のロータを回転可能に支持するものである。
また、第2発明の車両用オイルポンプによれば、(b) 前記リヤカバーと前記ポンプボデーとの間にプレートが介挿され、(c) 前記ポンプ室は、前記プレートと前記ポンプボデーとの間、又は前記プレートと前記リヤカバーとの間に形成されている。このため、前記プレートと前記リヤカバーとの間、又は前記プレートと前記ポンプボデーとの間に油路を形成させられるので、前記リヤカバーや前記ポンプボデーに独立した油路を形成させる必要がなくなる。また、(d) 前記トランスアクスル内には電動機が収容されており、(e) 前記ポンプボデーは、軸受を介して前記電動機のロータを回転可能に支持するものである。このため、前記軸受から入力される荷重による前記ポンプ室の変形が前記プレートによって好適に抑制される。特に、前記プレートが綱板製である場合は、このような効果が顕著である。

Claims (8)
- ドリブンギヤおよび該ドリブンギヤと噛み合うドライブギヤと、トランスアクスルのリヤカバーと該リヤカバーに固定されるポンプボデーとの間に形成されて該ドリブンギヤおよびドライブギヤを収容するポンプ室とを、備える車両用オイルポンプであって、
前記リヤカバーと前記ポンプボデーとの間にプレートが介挿され、
前記ポンプ室は、前記プレートと前記ポンプボデーとの間、又は前記プレートと前記リヤカバーとの間に形成され、
前記プレートと前記ポンプボデーとの間に形成された弁室内に収容された弁子と、該弁室内に収容されて該弁子を閉弁方向に付勢するスプリングとを備える制御弁を、備え、
前記プレートは、該制御弁の弁子が着座することによって塞がれる貫通穴を備え、
該制御弁は、前記リヤカバー内に形成された油路内の作動油を、前記ポンプボデー内に形成された油路へ流出させるものであることを特徴とする車両用オイルポンプ。 - 前記トランスアクスルのリヤカバーおよび前記ポンプボデーは、軽金属製であり、
前記プレートは、該リヤカバーおよびポンプボデーよりも高強度の鋼板製であることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用オイルポンプ。 - 前記リヤカバーは、車体に設けられたマウント装置によって支持されるものである請求項1または2の車両用オイルポンプ。
- 前記トランスアクスル内には電動機が収容されており、
前記ポンプボデーは、軸受を介して前記電動機のロータを回転可能に支持するものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1の車両用オイルポンプ。 - 前記プレートの貫通穴は複数個形成され、
前記制御弁は、前記プレートの片側に、該複数個の貫通穴に対応して複数個設けられており、
該複数個の制御弁は、相互に異なる弁特性を備えるものである請求項1の車両用オイルポンプ。 - 前記複数個の制御弁の弁子およびスプリングは、それぞれ同一部品から成り、
前記複数個の制御弁の弁子によってそれぞれ塞がれる前記貫通穴は、相互に異なる径を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項5の車両用オイルポンプ。 - 前記プレート、前記制御弁、および前記ポンプボデーは、相互にユニット状に組み立てられたモジュールを構成し、該モジュールの状態で前記リヤカバーに組みつけられることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項5、請求項6のいずれか1の車両用オイルポンプ。
- ドリブンギヤおよび該ドリブンギヤと噛み合うドライブギヤと、トランスアクスルのリヤカバーと該リヤカバーに固定されるポンプボデーとの間に形成されて該ドリブンギヤおよびドライブギヤを収容するポンプ室とを、備える車両用オイルポンプであって、
前記リヤカバーと前記ポンプボデーとの間にプレートが介挿され、
前記ポンプ室は、前記プレートと前記ポンプボデーとの間、又は前記プレートと前記リヤカバーとの間に形成され、
前記トランスアクスル内には電動機が収容されており、
前記ポンプボデーは、軸受を介して前記電動機のロータを回転可能に支持するものであることを特徴とする車両用オイルポンプ。
