Claims (14)
- 加熱装置(22)によって加熱可能な燃焼室(12)を備えてなる、少なくとも1個の歯科補綴部材(62)を製造するための歯科用燃焼窯あるいは圧力窯であり、前記燃焼室(12)の底床上に少なくとも100W/mKの固有熱伝導性を有する熱伝導体(50)を配置し、該熱伝導体(50)は盤形状に形成され、放射方向において補綴部材(62)あるいはプレスマッフル(24)を超える位置まで延在しているとともに、
前記熱伝導体(50)が、前記燃焼室(12)の底床上に設けられた低没部内に受け入れられ、かつ前記燃焼室(12)の底床の周端部を除いて前記熱伝導体(50)が実質的に完全に前記燃焼室(12)の底床全体を覆うことを特徴とする窯。 - 熱伝導体(50)がその上面に設置面を形成するとともに、支持部材として少なくとも1個の補綴部材(62)、少なくとも1個の補綴部材(62)を含んだ燃焼物支持部材(66)、あるいはプレスマッフル(24)を支承することを特徴とする請求項1記載の窯。
- 熱伝導体(50)が燃焼室(12)の側壁(20)から環状ギャップを形成するようにして離間し、その幅が直径の3分の1未満となることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の窯。
- 熱伝導体(50)が燃焼室(12)の底床(16)の中央に配置されるとともに縁部(52)を備えていて、その縁部とその周囲の燃焼室(12)の側壁(20)との間に環状ギャップとして間隙が形成されるようにし、その幅がそれの延長にわたって均等であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 熱伝導体(50)がその直径の20分の1から3分の1である高さを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 熱伝導体(50)が炭化珪素SiC、窒化アルミニウムAlN、あるいはモリブデンから形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 燃焼室(12)の底床(16)が断熱材料および耐火粘土を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 底床(16)が中央窪み部を備え、その中に熱伝導体(50)が部分的に低没して収容されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 加熱装置が燃焼室の側壁(20)の領域内に配置され、燃焼室(12)の底床(16)が加熱装置を備えないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 熱伝導体(50)がハニカム形状の支持部材の形態で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の窯。
- ハニカム形状の支持部材の各目穴が垂直方向に延在する一種の四角形管として形成され、熱伝導体(50)が上面から見て格子状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の窯。
- 加熱装置(22)によって加熱可能な燃焼室(12)を窯が備えてなる、少なくとも1個の歯科補綴部材(62)を製造するための歯科用燃焼窯あるいは圧力窯(10)を稼働する方法であり、熱処理プロセスの前に燃焼室(12)内の底床(16)上に少なくとも100W/mKの固有熱伝導性を有する熱伝導体(50)を取り付け、燃焼室および熱伝導体(50)が所与の準備温度、すなわち開始温度に到達した際に歯科補綴部材(62)を製造するための熱処理サイクルを開始することを特徴とする方法。
- 従来の歯科用燃焼窯あるいは圧力窯(10)の燃焼室(12)の底床(16)上に熱伝導体(50)を設置し、燃焼サイクルおよび/またはプレスサイクルが実施される前に前記熱伝導体(50)上にプレスマッフル(24)を設置することを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
- 歯科用燃焼窯あるいは圧力窯(10)の下部材よりも硬質の材料を熱伝導体(50)用に使用することを特徴とする請求項12または13記載の方法。
