Claims (1)
- Fe2O3として表現され、灰の重量を基準として15%以上の鉄含有率、および/または、CaOとして表現され、5%以上のカルシウム含有率、を有する、石炭を燃焼する、ボイラーの清掃およびメンテナンスのプロセスであって、スラグを減少させるために十分な時間にわたり、初期値として、石炭1トンあたり3ポンドから6ポンドまでの水溶性アルミニウム三水酸化物と、石炭1トンあたり1ポンドから2ポンドまでの水溶性マグネシウム水酸化物と、を添加し、続いて、燃焼炉をクリーンに保ち、効率的に操業するために、200ナノメートル以下のナノサイズの粒子を形成し、スラグによる付着物の割合を減少させるために有効な量と滴のサイズと濃度で、前記水溶性アルミニウム三水酸化物と前記水溶性マグネシウム水酸化物が導入されるように、上記初期値の10%から50%に添加量を減少させることを含むプロセス。
