Claims (10)
- 燃焼炉におけるスラグの密着性および/または接着性を減少させることによって付着物の割合を減少させるプロセスであって、
全体として過剰な酸素とともに、鉄および/またはカルシウムの含有率が高いスラグ形成性石炭を燃焼させる工程と、
燃料を燃やすことによって生成されるスラグの冷却を引き起こす条件下で、結果物である燃焼ガスを熱交換設備に移動させる工程と、
前記熱交換設備と接触する前に、スラグによる付着物の割合を減少させるために有効な量と滴のサイズと濃度で、水性アルミニウム三水酸化物を導入する工程と、
を含むプロセス。 - 結果物であるスラグの脆さを増大させるために有効であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記アルミニウム三水酸化物の試薬が水溶液の形態で導入され、計算流体力学が、最初の流速を定め、試薬の導入速度、試薬の導入位置、試薬の濃度、試薬の滴のサイズ、および/または試薬の勢いを選択するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 上記処理が、スラグによる付着物の割合を減少させるために有効な量と滴のサイズと濃度でマグネシウム水酸化物を導入する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 上記処理が、石炭1トンあたりアルミニウム三水酸化物スラリーを約6ポンドまで導入する工程と、石炭1トンあたりMg(OH)2を約2ポンドまで導入する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 石炭を燃やす燃焼炉の内部に堆積するスラグを除去するプロセスであって、前記燃焼炉の内部の高温燃焼ガス内に、スラグ堆積物を除去するために有効な量と滴のサイズと濃度で、水溶性のアルミニウム三水酸化物を導入する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする
プロセス。 - 上記処理が、スラグによる付着物の割合を減少させるために有効な量と滴のサイズと濃度でマグネシウム水酸化物を導入する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 上記処理が、石炭1トンあたりアルミニウム三水酸化物スラリーを約6ポンドまで導入する工程と、石炭1トンあたりMg(OH)2を約2ポンドまで導入する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- ボイラーの清掃およびメンテナンスのプロセスであって、スラグを減少させるために十分な時間にわたり、石炭1トンあたり約3ポンドから6ポンドまでのATHと、石炭1トンあたり約1ポンドから2ポンドまでのMg(OH)2と、を最初に添加し、続いて、燃焼炉をクリーンに保ち、効率的に操業するために、初期値の約10%から約50%に添加量を減少させることを含むプロセス。
- 上記処理工程が、スラグによる付着物の割合を減少させるために有効な量と滴のサイズと濃度でマグネシウム水酸化物を導入する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプロセス。
