Claims (7)
- それぞれの相同な端部の少なくとも一方により固定されており、各ブレードの前記端部のうちの一方が他方の端部に対して中心軸を中心に角度を成して移動する場合に、前記中心軸に掛かりがちな横方向の力を相殺することができる角度偏位を有して螺旋状に巻かれている、n個のブレード、但しn≧2、を含む、テン輪/ひげぜんまい振動子用のひげぜんまいであって、
前記ブレードが、それらの2つのそれぞれの端部により互いに固定されているひげぜんまい。 - 前記ブレードのピッチが可変である、請求項1に記載のひげぜんまい。
- 前記ブレードの厚さが可変である、請求項1または2に記載のひげぜんまい。
- 前記ブレードの高さが可変である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のひげぜんまい。
- 単結晶シリコンから形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のひげぜんまい。
- 前記単結晶シリコンが非晶質酸化ケイ素の層で覆われている、請求項5に記載のひげぜんまい。
- 石英から形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のひげぜんまい。
