Description
− 入力に接続され、クラッチハウジングにより形成された第1クラッチ部分、クラッチプレートにより形成された第2クラッチ部分、および、2つのクラッチ部分を互いに押し付けるための、移動可能な押圧要素とそこに接続された駆動シリンダとを有する押圧手段を有するクラッチと、
− 少なくとも3つの回転部材を有し、その内の第1回転部材が第1クラッチ部分に接続され、第2回転部材がブレーキに接続され、第3回転部材が出力に接続された遊星歯車装置と、
− 変速機ハウジングを持ち、入力軸と出力軸とを有する変速機であって、入力軸が第2クラッチ部分に接続されるとともに出力軸に配置された歯車が出力を形成する、変速機と、
を有する、車両用変速機モジュールに関する。
Claims (17)
- 駆動源に接続され得る入力と、ディファレンシャルに接続され得る出力とを有し:
− 前記入力に接続され、クラッチハウジングにより形成された第1クラッチ部分、クラッチプレートにより形成された第2クラッチ部分、および、2つの前記クラッチ部分を互いに押し付けるための、移動可能な押圧要素とそこに接続された駆動シリンダとを有する押圧手段を有するクラッチと、
− 少なくとも3つの回転部材を有し、その内の第1回転部材が前記第1クラッチ部分に接続され、第2回転部材がブレーキに接続され、第3回転部材が前記出力に接続された遊星歯車装置と、
− それぞれ変速ギヤを形成する少なくとも2つの歯車減速、変速機ハウジング、入力軸、及び出力軸を有する変速機であって、前記入力軸が前記第2クラッチ部分に接続されるとともに前記出力軸に配置された歯車が前記出力を形成する、変速機と、
を有する、車両用変速機モジュールであって、
前記変速ギヤの1つの前記第1歯車は前記入力軸に固定して取付けられるとともにもう1つの前記変速ギヤの1つの前記第1歯車が前記入力軸の周りを自由に回転でき、前記第3回転部材が任意選択で前記入力軸または他の前記変速ギヤの前記第1歯車に接続されることができ、前記変速機モジュールが前記変速機ハウジングに接続される隔壁を有する一方空間が前記隔壁と前記変速機ハウジングとの間に存在し、前記空間がオイルで湿った空間であり、前記遊星歯車装置が前記空間内に存在する、ことを特徴とする、
変速機モジュール。 - 前記第1回転部材は、前記駆動シリンダと前記変速機の前記入力軸との間の前記クラッチハウジングに接続される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記第1回転部材と前記駆動シリンダとの間に第1シーリングが配置されるとともに、前記第1回転部材と前記変速機の前記入力軸との間に第2シーリングが配置される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記クラッチの前記駆動シリンダは前記隔壁に接続される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記隔壁は前記クラッチハウジングと前記遊星歯車装置との間に配置される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 端部が前記駆動シリンダに接続されるとともに前記隔壁中または前記隔壁上に存在もするオイルパイプまたは空気パイプをさらに有する、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記クラッチもまた前記湿った空間に配置される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記第3回転部材は前記変速機の前記出力軸に取付けられた第2歯車と噛み合う第1歯車に取付けられ、前記第1歯車は前記第1回転部材にベアリングで取付けられ、前記第1回転部材が前記変速機の前記入力軸に同様にベアリングで取付けられる、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記第2歯車は最終変速機のさらなる歯車に直接噛み合わされ得る、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記変速ギヤの1つの前記第1歯車は前記入力軸に固定して取付けられ、もう1つの前記変速ギヤの前記第1歯車は前記入力軸の周りを自由に回転できるとともに任意選択で前記入力軸または前記第3回転部材に接続され得る、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記第3回転部材は任意選択で前記変速機の最低変速ギヤまたは最高変速ギヤの前記第1歯車に接続され得る、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記最低変速ギヤの前記第1歯車は前記入力軸に固定して取付けられ、前記最高変速ギヤの前記第1歯車は前記入力軸の周りを自由に回転できるとともに任意選択で前記入力軸または前記第3回転部材に接続され得る、ことを特徴とする、
請求項11に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記第3回転部材は前記入力軸にフリーホイールベアリングを介して接続される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項12に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記最低変速ギヤの前記第1歯車が前記入力軸に固定して取付けられるとともに前記最高変速ギヤの前記第1歯車が前記入力軸の周りを自由に回転できること、および前記第3回転部材が任意選択で前記入力軸または前記最高変速ギヤの前記第1歯車に接続され得ること、を特徴とする、
請求項9乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記最高変速ギヤの前記第2歯車が前記出力軸に固定して取付けられるとともに前記出力を形成する、ことを特徴とする、
請求項9乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記ブレーキと接触する固定ブレーキ板は前記隔壁に接続される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。 - 前記ブレーキと接触する固定ブレーキ板は任意選択で前記隔壁、あるいは前記変速機ハウジング、あるいは前記遊星歯車装置の前記第1回転部材、あるいは前記遊星歯車装置の前記第3回転部材に接続され得る、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の変速機モジュール。
