Description
また、一般的な粘着剤組成物の場合、長時間太陽光に露出すると、ウィンドウとの接着力が増加して使用後の除去時に残渣が残る場合があり、剥離が難しくなるという問題点がある。
本発明においてシリコン粘着剤は、ポリジメチルシロキサン(poly dimethyl siloxane;PDMS)系粘着剤を利用できる。
前記ポリジメチルシロキサン系粘着剤の商業的な例としては、7657(ダウコーニング社製)がある。
架橋剤は、SiH作用基を有する有機シリコン系化合物を利用できる。このような架橋剤の商業的な例として7367(ダウコーニング社製)がある。
白金系触媒は、架橋密度を調節する役割をする。
本発明においてアンカレッジエージェント(anchorage agent)は、シリコン系粘着剤の接着力を向上させる役割をする。
このようなアンカレッジエージェントは、シラン系カップリング剤か、或いはシラン系カップリング剤とPDMS混合体になり得、商業的には9250(ダウコーニング社製)がある。

シリコン粘着剤として7657(ダウコーニング社製)50gとシリコン離型剤として7226(ダウコーニング社製)50gに、架橋剤として7367(ダウコーニング社製)2g、白金触媒1g及びアンカレッジエージェントとして9250(ダウコーニング社製)2gを添加してシリコン系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
シリコン粘着剤として7657(ダウコーニング社製)67g及びシリコン離型剤として7226(ダウコーニング社製)33gに、架橋剤として7367(ダウコーニング社製)2g、白金触媒1g及びアンカレッジエージェントとして9250(ダウコーニング社製)2gを添加してシリコン系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
シリコン粘着剤として7657(ダウコーニング社製)83g及びシリコン離型剤として7226(ダウコーニング社製)17gに、架橋剤として7367(ダウコーニング社製)2g、白金触媒0.5g及びアンカレッジエージェントとして9250(ダウコーニング社製)2gを添加してシリコン系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
シリコン粘着剤として7657(ダウコーニング社製)91g及びシリコン離型剤として7226(ダウコーニング社製)9gに、架橋剤として7367(ダウコーニング社製)2g、白金触媒0.5g及びアンカレッジエージェントとして9250(ダウコーニング社製)2gを添加してシリコン系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
シリコン粘着剤として7657(ダウコーニング社製)45g及びシリコン離型剤として7226(ダウコーニング社製)55gに、架橋剤として7367(ダウコーニング社製)2g、白金触媒0.5g及びアンカレッジエージェントとして9250(ダウコーニング社製)2gを添加してシリコン系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
シリコン粘着剤として7657(ダウコーニング社製)100gに、架橋剤として7367(ダウコーニング社製)2g、白金触媒0.5g及びアンカレッジエージェントとして9250(ダウコーニング社製)2gを添加してシリコン系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
アクリル酸含量が10重量%、ヒドロキシモノマー2.5重量%及びイソシアネート架橋剤が3.5重量%含有された、分子量(Mw)が1,500,000のアクリル粘着剤組成物を製造した。
a)180°剥離力評価
前記実施例及び比較例で製造した粘着剤組成物を用いてフィルムを製作し、これを紫外線硬化型塗料がコーティングされたシートにJIS Z 0237に依拠して2kgのローラーで付着した後、23℃の温度と55%の相対湿度条件で24時間、及び60℃のオーブンに5日間保管した後、0.3m/minの剥離速度で引張試験機を用いて測定しg/25mmで表示した。試片は2.5cm×20cmに切断したものを用いた。
150℃のオーブンに1時間保管して気泡発生有無を観察した。また、前記のサンプルを5℃の冷蔵庫に10日間保管した後、結晶化有無及び気泡発生有無も観察した。
表1は、実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜4によって製造されたフィルムの物性評価結果を示したものである。
Claims (9)
- a)シリコン粘着剤とシリコン離型剤の合計が100重量部、b)架橋剤1〜10重量部、c)白金系触媒0.1〜2重量部、及びd)アンカレッジエージェント(anchorage agent)0.1〜5重量部を含み、前記シリコン粘着剤とシリコン離型剤の比率が、重量比で1:1〜1:0.2であり、UV吸収剤を含むウィンドウフィルム用シリコン系粘着剤組成物であって、
前記シリコン粘着剤は、ポリジメチルシロキサン(poly dimethyl siloxane)系粘着剤であり、
前記シリコン離型剤は、ビニル基を有するシリコンガム(Silicone gum)であり、
前記UV吸収剤は、ベンゾトリアゾール(Benzotriazole)系列UV吸収剤、ベンゾフェノン(Benzophenone)系列UV吸収剤、及びオクチルメトキシシンナメート(octylmethoxy cinnamate)系列UV吸収剤から選ばれる1種か、2種以上が混合されていることを特徴とするウィンドウフィルム用シリコン系粘着剤組成物。 - 前記架橋剤は、
SiH作用基を有する有機シリコン系化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウフィルム用シリコン系粘着剤組成物。 - 前記白金系触媒は、
白金(Pt)、ルテニウム(Ru)、オスミウム(Os)及びこれらのうち一つ以上を含む合金から選ばれる1種か、2種以上が混合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウフィルム用シリコン系粘着剤組成物。 - 前記アンカレッジエージェントは、
シラン系カップリング剤か、或いはシラン系カップリング剤とPDMS混合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウフィルム用シリコン系粘着剤組成物。 - 前記粘着剤組成物は、
架橋密度が50%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウフィルム用シリコン系粘着剤組成物。 - 前記粘着剤組成物は、
メイン樹脂の分子量(Mw)が60万以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウィンドウフィルム用シリコン系粘着剤組成物。 - ウィンドウフィルム;
前記ウィンドウフィルム一面に、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のシリコン系粘着剤組成物により形成される粘着剤層;及び
前記粘着剤層を保護する離型フィルム;を含むことを特徴とするウィンドウフィルム。 - 前記粘着剤層は、
前記UV吸収剤を6〜10重量%含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のウィンドウフィルム。 - 前記粘着剤層は、
8〜50μmの厚さに形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のウィンドウフィルム。
