Description
(1) 外科用キットであって、
患者の体腔内に送達されるように構成されたエンドエフェクタと、
前記エンドエフェクタから延びる可撓性部材と、
カニューレであって、
前記体腔内に挿入されるよう構成されている第1の末端部であって、前記エンドエフェクタに解放可能に取付けられるように構成されているコネクタ部分を含む、第1の末端部と、
第2の末端部と、
前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する寸法を有し、かつ受容するように構成されている開口と、を備える、カニューレと、を備える、外科用キット。
(2) 取付け部分を備える作動シャフトを更に備え、前記作動シャフトを操作することによって前記エンドエフェクタを操作することができるように前記取付け部分が、前記エンドエフェクタに解放可能に取付けられるように構成されている、実施態様1に記載の外科用キット。
(3) 前記作動シャフトが、前記カニューレの前記開口内に挿入されるように構成され、前記作動シャフトが第2の開口を更に備え、かつ前記第2の開口が、前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する寸法を有し、かつ受容するよう構成されている、実施態様2に記載の外科用キット。
(4) 前記エンドエフェクタが組織接触部分を更に備え、前記作動シャフトが前記組織接触部分を移動させるように構成されている、実施態様2に記載の外科用キット。
(5) 前記エンドエフェクタが拡張可能なボルスターを備える、実施態様1に記載の外科用キット。
(6) 外科用器具であって、
患者の体腔内に前記患者の自然開口部を通して送達されるよう構成されたエンドエフェクタと、
前記エンドエフェクタに接続された細長い可撓性部材と、
カニューレであって、
前記患者内の第2の開口部を通して前記体腔内に挿入されるよう構成された第1の末端部であって、前記エンドエフェクタに解放可能に取付けられるよう構成されたコネクタ部分を備える、第1の末端部と、
第2の末端部と、
前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する寸法を有し、かつ受容するように構成される開口と、を備える、カニューレと、
取付け部分を備える作動シャフトであって、前記作動シャフトを操作することによって前記エンドエフェクタを操作することができるように前記取付け部分が前記エンドエフェクタに解放可能に取付けられるよう構成される、作動シャフトと、を備える、外科用器具。
(7) 前記作動シャフトが、前記カニューレの前記開口内に挿入されるよう構成され、前記作動シャフトが第2の開口を更に備え、かつ前記第2の開口が前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する寸法を有し、かつ受容するよう構成されている、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(8) 前記エンドエフェクタが組織接触部分を更に備え、かつ前記作動シャフトが前記組織接触部分を移動させるよう構成されている、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(9) 前記エンドエフェクタが拡張可能なボルスターを備える、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(10) 患者内部で外科用器具を組み立てる方法であって、
可撓性部材と作動可能に係合されているエンドエフェクタを前記患者の体腔に送達する工程と、
前記体腔内にシャフトを挿入する工程と、
前記エンドエフェクタが前記シャフトに対して移動するように前記可撓性部材を前記シャフトに対して牽引する工程と、
前記シャフトを前記体腔内部で前記エンドエフェクタに接続する工程と、を含む、方法。
(12) 前記シャフトを前記可撓性部材に沿って平行移動させる工程を更に含む、実施態様10に記載の方法。
(13) 前記シャフトがカニューレを備え、前記方法が、前記挿入工程の後であって前記牽引工程の前に、前記カニューレに前記可撓性部材を通す工程を更に含む、実施態様10に記載の方法。
(14) 作動シャフトを通して前記可撓性部材を挿入する工程と、前記作動シャフトを前記可撓性部材に沿って、前記カニューレを通して、かつ前記エンドエフェクタ内に平行移動させる工程と、を更に含む、実施態様13に記載の方法。
(15) 前記作動シャフトを前記エンドエフェクタのアクチュエータに結合する工程を更に含む、実施態様14に記載の方法。
(16) 前記作動シャフト及び前記カニューレをハンドルに取付ける工程を更に含む、実施態様15に記載の方法。
(17) 前記ハンドルによって前記作動シャフトを前記カニューレに対して移動させる工程を更に含む、実施態様16に記載の方法。
(18) 前記牽引工程が、前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を前記患者の身体壁に通す工程と、前記エンドエフェクタが前記身体壁に向かって移動するように前記可撓性部材を更に牽引する工程と、を含む、実施態様10に記載の方法。
(19) 前記エンドエフェクタが拡張可能なボルスターを備える、実施態様10に記載の方法。
(20) 前記拡張可能なボルスターを前記体腔内部で拡張して、拡張されたボルスターを形成する工程と、前記拡張されたボルスターを前記患者の身体壁に対して牽引して前記身体壁を引っ込める工程と、を更に含む、実施態様19に記載の方法。
Claims (6)
- 外科用キットであって、
患者の体腔内に前記患者の自然開口部を通して送達されるように構成されたエンドエフェクタと、
前記エンドエフェクタから延びる可撓性部材と、
カニューレであって、
前記患者の身体壁の前記エンドエフェクタの直径より小さい切開創を通して前記体腔内に挿入されるよう構成されている第1の末端部であって、前記エンドエフェクタに解放可能に取付けられるように構成されているコネクタ部分を含む、第1の末端部と、
第2の末端部と、
前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する寸法を有し、かつ受容するように構成されている第1の開口と、を備える、カニューレと、
作動シャフトであって、
前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する寸法を有し、かつ受容するよう構成されている第2の開口と、
前記エンドエフェクタに解放可能に取付けられるように構成されている取付け部分と、を備える、作動シャフトと、
を備え、
前記作動シャフトが、前記カニューレの前記第1の開口内に挿入され、かつ前記作動シャフトの操作によって前記エンドエフェクタを操作することができるように構成されている、外科用キット。 - 前記エンドエフェクタが組織接触部分を更に備え、前記作動シャフトが前記組織接触部分を移動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用キット。
- 前記エンドエフェクタが拡張可能なボルスターを備える、請求項1に記載の外科用キット。
- 外科用器具であって、
患者の体腔内に前記患者の自然開口部を通して送達されるよう構成されたエンドエフェクタと、
前記エンドエフェクタに接続された細長い可撓性部材と、
カニューレであって、
前記患者の身体壁の前記エンドエフェクタの直径より小さい切開創を通して前記患者内の第2の開口部を通して前記体腔内に挿入されるよう構成された第1の末端部であって、前記エンドエフェクタに解放可能に取付けられるよう構成されたコネクタ部分を備える、第1の末端部と、
第2の末端部と、
前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する寸法を有し、かつ受容するように構成される第1の開口と、を備える、カニューレと、
作動シャフトであって、
前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する寸法を有し、かつ受容するよう構成されている第2の開口と、
前記エンドエフェクタに解放可能に取付けられるよう構成されている取付け部分と、を備える、作動シャフトと、
を備え、
前記作動シャフトが、前記カニューレの前記第1の開口内に挿入され、かつ前記作動シャフトの操作によって前記エンドエフェクタを操作することができるように構成されている、外科用器具。 - 前記エンドエフェクタが組織接触部分を更に備え、かつ前記作動シャフトが前記組織接触部分を移動させるよう構成されている、請求項4に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記エンドエフェクタが拡張可能なボルスターを備える、請求項4に記載の外科用器具。
