Claims (7)
- 一方向に流れる流体を供給するための供給ライン(20)と、
画定された幾何形状の開き構造を有し、ジェットで流体を噴射するための噴射ノズル(30)を含むウォータージェット手術器具であって、
流体の流れ方向に見て、流体チャンバー(40)が前記噴射ノズル(30)の上流に具備され、攪乱装置(50)が前記流体チャンバー(40)の中または上に具備され、
前記攪乱装置(50)は前記流体チャンバー(40)内部に乱流を発生することができるとともに、前記攪乱装置(50)が前記流体チャンバー(40)の可動外部壁部分(42)を含むことを特徴とするウォータージェット手術器具。 - 前記攪乱装置(50)が前記流体によって取り囲まれまたは灌水することのできる本体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記攪乱装置(50)が、流体ジェット(1)の幾何形状の開き構造を変化させるために、その位置および/または幾何形状構造に関して調節可能なように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記流体チャンバー(40)内部の攪乱装置(50)を動かすための起動システム(51)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記起動システム(51)が、前記流体チャンバー(40)内部の前記攪乱装置(50)を動かすために押し引き要素(51)を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記起動システム(51)が、前記攪乱装置(50)に磁力を加えるための磁気要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 内視鏡の作業チャンネルに挿入するために設計されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
