Claims (8)
- 一方向に流れる流体を供給するための供給ライン(20)と、
画定された幾何形状の開き構造を有し、ジェットで流体を噴射するための噴射ノズル(30)を含むウォータージェット手術器具であって、
流体の流れ方向に見て、流体チャンバー(40)が前記噴射ノズル(40)の上流に具備され、撹乱装置(50)が前記流体チャンバー(40)の中または上に具備され、前記撹乱装置は前記流体チャンバー(40)内部に乱流を発生することができることを特徴とするウォータージェット手術器具。 - 前記撹乱装置(50)が前記流体によって取り囲まれまたは灌水することのできる本体(50)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記撹乱装置が好ましくは前記流体チャンバー(40)の可撓性壁(42)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記撹乱装置(50)が、流体ジェット(1)の幾何形状開き構造を変化させるために、その位置および/または幾何形状構造に関して調節可能なように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記流体チャンバー(40)内部の撹乱装置(50)を動かすための起動システム(51)を特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項、特に請求項4に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記起動システムが、前記流体チャンバー(40)内部の前記撹乱装置(50)を動かすために押し引き要素(51)、具体的にはワイヤを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項、特に請求項5に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記起動システムが、前記撹乱装置(50)に磁力を加えるための磁気要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項、特に請求項5または6のいずれか1項に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
- 前記器具が内視鏡の作業チャンネルに挿入するために設計されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のウォータージェット手術器具。
