Claims (4)
- 粉末冶金用混合粉末に対して圧縮成形して圧粉成形体を製造するに当り、前記粉末冶金用混合粉末として、鉄粉および/または鉄合金粉末と、これに0.2〜2.0質量%の潤滑剤および0.05〜0.5質量%の機械的特性改善成分を含有する混合粉末を用いることとし、前記潤滑剤は、エチレンビスステアリルアミド、ステアリン酸アミド、ステアリン酸亜鉛およびステアリン酸リチウムよりなる群から選ばれる1種以上であり、前記機械的特性改善成分は、銅、ニッケル、クロム、モリブデン、黒鉛、硫化マンガンよりなる群から選ばれる1種以上の粉末であると共に、圧縮圧力の付与と同時に、圧縮圧力の方向とは垂直に、上部パンチおよび下部パンチの両側を逆方向に、若しくは片側をいずれかの方向に移動して前記混合粉末の再配列作用を有効に発揮させつつ成形することを特徴とする圧粉成形体の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の圧粉成形体の製造方法において、圧縮圧力の方向を軸心として、上部パンチおよび下部パンチの両側を逆方向に、若しくは片側をいずれかの方向に軸心回りに回転させることにより成形することを特徴とする圧粉成形体の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の圧粉成形体の製造方法において、圧縮圧力が500MPa以下である圧粉成形体の製造方法。
- 請求項2または3に記載の圧粉成形体の製造方法において、前記混合粉末の再配列作用によって圧粉成形体の密度が向上するために必要な最低角度以上の回転角度となるように上部パンチおよび下部パンチを回転する圧粉成形体の製造方法。
