Description
本発明の第1実施形態にかかる混練押出装置1の主要な構成を示す模式図を図1に示す。図1に示すように、混練押出装置1は、例えば単軸構成のスクリューシャフト11と、スクリューシャフト11が回転駆動可能にその内部空間に配置されたバレル12と、バレル12とスクリューシャフト11との間の空間に原料を供給する原料供給装置と、バレル12における混練材料の出口であるバレル押出口14と連通されて、バレル12より供給される混練材料を装置外部に押し出すダイ部16と、バレル12とダイ部16との間に設置され、バレル押出口14より押し出される混練材料を昇圧してダイ部16へ供給する昇圧ポンプ17とを備えている。
なお、本発明は上記第1実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その他種々の態様で実施できる。例えば、本発明の第2実施形態にかかる混練押出装置101の主要な構成を示す模式図を図2に示す。なお、図2の混練押出装置101において、上記第1実施形態の混練押出装置1と同じ構成部分には、同じ参照符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態にかかる混練押出装置201の主要な構成を示す模式図を図3に示す。なお、図3の混練押出装置201において、上記第1実施形態の混練押出装置1と同じ構成部分には、同じ参照符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態にかかる混練押出装置301の主要な構成を示す模式図を図4に示す。なお、図4の混練押出装置301において、上記第1実施形態および第3実施形態の混練押出装置1、201と同じ構成部分には、同じ参照符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
上述それぞれの実施形態における変形形態について、以下に説明する。

Claims (4)
- 第1原料が供給される第1原料供給口と、液状の第2原料が供給される第2原料供給口と、第1原料と第2原料とが混練されて溶融状態とされた混練材料がその内部より押し出される押出口とを有するバレルと、
バレル内部に配置され、第1原料と第2原料とを混練して溶融状態の混練材料を形成するスクリューシャフトと、
スクリューシャフトを一定の速度にて連続的に回転駆動させるスクリュー駆動装置と、
バレルの押出口と連通され、バレルの押出口より押し出された加圧状態の混練材料が装置外部へ押し出される押出口を有するダイ部と、
バレルの押出口とダイ部の押出口との間において、バレルの押出口より押し出される混練材料の一部を排出する第1のギアポンプと、
バレルの押出口における混練材料の圧力を一定に保つように、第1のギアポンプの回転駆動量を調節して、第1のギアポンプによる混練材料の排出量を調整する第1の排出量調整手段と、
バレルの押出口とダイ部との間に配置され、一定の速度にて連続的に駆動されて混練材料を昇圧して、昇圧された混練材料をダイ部内へ供給する昇圧ポンプと、
ダイ部内に供給される混練材料の一部をダイ部内より排出する第2のギアポンプと、
ダイ部の押出口における混練材料の圧力を一定に保つように、第2のギアポンプの回転駆動量を調節して、第2のギアポンプによる混練材料の排出量を調整する第2の排出量調整手段と、
を備え
バレルにおいて、液状の第2原料が供給される第2原料供給口は、第1原料が供給される第1原料供給口よりも下流側に設置されている、混練押出装置。 - バレルの押出口と連通されたダイ部が複数台、並列して備えられ、それぞれのダイ部に個別に対応するように複数の昇圧ポンプが備えられている、請求項1に記載の混練押出装置。
- バレル内部に複数のスクリューシャフトが配置され、スクリュー駆動装置によりそれぞれのスクリューシャフトが一定の速度にて連続的に回転駆動される、請求項1または2に記載の混練押出装置。
- ダイ部は、押出口より混練材料を押し出して直接押出成形を行う、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の混練押出装置。
