Abstract
【解決手段】混合装置として動作し混合される成分、特にゴム合成物あるいはTPEの成分を側方から給入可能である押出機(12)を備えてなり、前記押出機(12)の出力側に容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)、特にギアポンプが接続され、前記給入される成分が同様に特にギアポンプから形成されるとともにその回転数あるいは推進速度が前記容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)の推進速度から独立して調節可能である容量測定式の下位推進機を通過する押出推進装置であり、混合物のn個の成分を生成するためにn−1個の容量測定式の下位推進機を使用するとともに特に成分nは計量せずに給入し、押出機(12)の回転数が容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)の推進速度および容積流から独立して調節可能である。

Claims (20)
- 混合装置として動作し混合される成分、特にゴム合成物あるいはTPEの成分を側方から給入可能である押出機を備えてなり、前記押出機の出力側に容量測定式に動作する推進機、特にギアポンプが接続され、前記給入される成分が同様に特にギアポンプから形成されるとともにその回転数あるいは推進速度が前記容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)の推進速度から独立して調節可能である容量測定式の下位推進機を通過する押出推進装置であり、混合物のn個の成分を生成するためにn−1個の容量測定式の下位推進機を使用するとともに特に成分nは計量せずに給入し、押出機(12)の回転数が容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)の推進速度および容積流から独立して調節可能であることを特徴とする押出推進装置。
- 成分nのための給入装置(20)がホッパとして形成され、成分nは紐状体あるいは顆粒の形態で収容されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の押出推進装置。
- 成分nのための給入装置(20)は成分1ないしn−1の給入部(18)の上流に配置することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の押出推進装置。
- 押出機(12)の出力側に少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(16)を設け、それが押出機(12)の回転数を調節する制御装置に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(16)によって押出機(12)の推進速度が常に容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)の完全な装填のために必要とされる圧力pges,minよりも大きくなるように前記押出機(12)の推進速度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 押出機(12)の出力圧力が容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)の完全な装填のために必要な最低圧力に相当する圧力pges,minよりも少なくとも10%、特に20ないし30%大きくなるように前記押出機(12)の推進速度を選択することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 押出機(12)は容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)の公称入力圧力より数倍、特に2ないし6倍大きいものである出力圧力をもって前記容量測定式の推進機(14)に混合物を給入することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 押出機(12)の出力圧力を100バール超、特に150ないし250バールに高め、容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)の公称入力圧力よりも顕著に高いものとすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)は20ないし60バール、特に40バールの公称入力圧力を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)が遊星ポンプとして形成され、60ないし100バール、特に約80バールの公称入力圧力を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 押出機(12)はスクリュー式押出機であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 押出機(12)は複数スクリュー式押出機であり、複数の下位推進機がスクリューの延長にわたって好適には均等に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 押出機(12)に流路の障害を形成する少なくとも1つの絞り領域が形成され、その際少なくとも1つの絞り領域が最後の下位推進機の給入部(18)の下流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 最後の下位推進機の給入部(18)の下流に設置されトランスファ混合領域および/またはピン押出し領域として形成される少なくとも1つの混合領域を押出機(12)が備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 容量測定式に動作する推進機(14)はギアポンプ、特に遊星ポンプとして形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 少なくとも1つの下位推進機がギアポンプ、特に遊星ポンプを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 少なくとも1つの下位推進機の上流に下位押出機が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 容量測定式の推進機(14)に特に交換可能であるストレーナフィルタが後置接続され、容量測定式の推進機(14)と押出ノズルの間の拡大された通流断面の領域内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- n個の成分が基礎混合物とプリバッチ(pre−batch)とからなり、前記プリバッチは独立した混合器、特に内部混合器内で予混合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし18のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 混合物は熱可塑性エラストマから生成され、その成分が少なくとも1つの下位推進機、特に2スクリュー式押出機によって給入されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
