Description
本発明の紙基材は、主として木、織物、および、亜麻などのある種の草類から得られるセルロースパルプから基本的に製造され、水性懸濁液からの沈殿によって柔軟なシートまたはロールに加工される材料である。「紙基材」という用語は、紙、ボード、カードおよび段ボールなど、全ての「不織布」型セルロースパルプ基材を包含する。
XおよびYは、二価の直鎖もしくは分枝鎖アルキレン型基(−CH2−)n(式中、n=0〜24)、または二価のフェニレン型基(−C6H4−)n(式中、n=0〜1)または両型の組合せであり、
QおよびVが存在する場合、QおよびVは、二価の架橋基、例えば、−S−、−O−、−NHR’−(式中、R’は水素またはアルキルである)、アミド、エステルまたはチオエステル基、カルボニルまたはカルバメートであり、
R1およびR2は、Hまたはアルキルであり、
AおよびTは、XもしくはYなどのアルキレン型もしくはフェニレン型でありうる二価の基、またはQもしくはVなどの架橋型、または両型の組合せ、Q基もしくはV基をさらに含むXもしくはYであり、
Zは、XもしくはQなどの二価の基、または両者の組合せ、Q基をさらに含むXであり、またはZは存在しなくてもよく、かつnは2〜20,000,000である。
R−C≡C−C≡C−R’
式中、Rおよび/またはR’はCOX基を含み、その際、Xは、−NHY、−OY、−SYであり、その場合、YはHか、または少なくとも1個の炭素原子を含む任意の基である。
i.有機NIR吸収剤
ii.NIR吸収性「導電」ポリマー
iii.無機NIR吸収剤
iv.非化学量論的無機吸収剤。
化学パルプおよびサーモメカニカルパルプを使用し、以下の紙を製造した。
繊維:約30°SRに叩解した100%パルプ。
サイズ剤0.5%
八モリブデン酸アンモニウム5%(例えば、Climax Molybdenum社)
Videojet 3320、30W、CO2レーザーを使用して当該紙をイメージ形成処理し、人が読み取れるテキストおよび機械読み取り式バーコードを生成した。
繊維:約30°SRに叩解したパルプ100%。
サイズ剤0.5%。
メタホウ酸ナトリウム四水和物10%(例えば、Aldrich社)
Videojet 3320、30W、CO2レーザーを使用して当該紙をイメージ形成処理し、人が読み取れるテキストおよび機械読み取り式バーコードを生成した。
繊維:約30°SRに叩解したパルプ100%。
サイズ剤0.5%。
八モリブデン酸アンモニウム5%(例えば、Climax Molybdenum社)およびリン酸水酸化銅(II)5%(Fabulase 322、例えば、Budenheim社)。
繊維:約30°SRに叩解したパルプ100%。
サイズ剤0.5%。
10,12−ペンタコサジイン酸2%(例えば、GFS Chemicals社)。
繊維:約30°SRに叩解したパルプ100%。
サイズ剤0.5%。
10,12−ペンタコサジイン酸プロパルギルアミド2%(10,12−ペンタコサジニオ酸(pentacosadinyoic acid)をその酸塩化物を介して、プロパルギルアミンと反応させた自社製)。
繊維:約30°SRに叩解したパルプ100%。
サイズ剤0.5%。
ビス−10,12−ペンタコサジイン酸ブチルアミド2%(10,12−ペンタコサジニオ酸(pentacosadinyoic acid)をその酸塩化物を介して、1,4−ジアミノブタンと反応させた自社製)。
繊維:約30°SRに叩解したパルプ100%。
サイズ剤0.5%。
Yamada ETACロイコ染料2.5%およびCyracure UVI Photoinitiator UVI−6992 光酸発生剤5%(例えば、Dow社)。
繊維:約30°SRに叩解したパルプ100%。
サイズ剤0.5%。
Pergascript Blue SRB−P 1%(例えば、Ciba社)、Yamada Yellow Y−726 2%(例えば、Yamada社)、Cyracure UVI PhotoinitiatorUVI−6992 4%(例えば、Dow社)および10,12−ペンタコサジイン酸2.5%(例えば、GFS Chemicals社)。
Claims (12)
- 光活性化型色変化反応を起こすことが可能な発色剤を含む紙基材を製造する方法であって、
前記発色剤は、化学的および/または機械的パルプと混合され、または、化学的および/または機械的パルプから製造した繊維ストックと混合され、
前記発色剤は、八モリブデン酸アンモニウム、ジアセチレン、又は、これらの組合せである方法。 - 前記紙基材は、紙、ボード、カード、段ボール、又は、ラミネートである、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ジアセチレンが、10,12−ペンタコサジイン酸、又は、10,12−ドコサジイン二酸、又は、これらの誘導体である、
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記紙基材に、酸、若しくは、塩基発生剤を適用するステップをさらに含む、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記紙基材に、近赤外吸収剤を適用するステップをさらに含む、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記近赤外吸収剤は、リン酸水酸化銅(II)、還元金属若しくは混合金属酸化物、導電性ポリマー、又は、有機NIR染料/色素である、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記発色剤は、多色彩イメージを生成することが可能な、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られる紙基材。
- 請求項8に記載の紙基材から製造された製品。
- 請求項8に記載の紙基材をイメージ形成処理する方法であって、
前記紙基材に光放射を指し向けるステップを含み、
前記光放射は、120nm〜20μmの領域の発光波長を有する方法。 - 前記光放射は、レーザーによって提供される、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 請求項10または11に記載の方法によって得られるイメージ形成処理された紙基材。
