Claims (5)
- 容器体(100)内に垂下して装着され、該容器体内の液を吐出するためのポンプ(1)であって、
前記ポンプ(1)は、底部に吸込み弁(33)を備えたシリンダ(B)と、前記シリンダ(B)に対して上方付勢状態で押し込み可能に装着した作動部材(D)とを備え、
前記作動部材(D)は、上方付勢状態で押し込み可能に設けた有底筒状のステム(D1)と、前記ステム(D1)に対して上方付勢状態で相対上下動可能に装着された押下ヘッド(D5)と、前記ステム(D1)に対して相対上下動が可能に前記ステム(D1)外周に装着された環状ピストン(D4)とを備え、
前記押下ヘッド(D5)は、先端に吐出口(81)を開口した弁室(R)と、前記弁室(R)内に前記吐出口(81)側に付勢された状態で装着された開閉弁部材(D6)と、前記開閉弁部材(D6)の後端部に上端を連係させた梃部材(D7)を備え、押し下げ時に前記梃部材(D7)の作用で前記開閉弁部材(D6)を移行させて前記吐出口(81)を開口し、且つ、ステムに対する押下抗力がステム自体の押下抗力より小となるよう構成されており、
前記環状ピストン(D4)は、その下端部と前記ステム(D1)外周に突設した吐出弁座(40)とで吐出弁(73)を形成し、最下降位置では前記弁座(40)に圧接して前記吐出弁(73)を閉塞し、最上昇位置では前記吐出弁座(40)から離れて前記吐出弁(73)を開放するよう構成され、
前記ポンプ(1)は、前記ステム(D1)を付勢させるための弾性材と、前記開閉弁部材(D6)を付勢させるための弾性材を備え、前記ステム(D1)を付勢させるための弾性材の弾発力よりも、前記開閉弁部材(D6)を付勢させるための弾性材の弾発力を小さく選択してなる、ことを特徴とするポンプ。 - 前記環状ピストン(D4)は、外周筒状部(70)と内周筒状部(71)とを連結部(72)で連結した断面H形状をなし、前記外周筒状部(70)の上下端縁を前記シリンダ(B)内周に液密摺動可能に嵌合させ、前記内周筒状部(71)の上端縁を前記ステム(D1)外周に二重筒状に垂下したシール筒部(50)内周に液密摺動可能に嵌合させ、前記内周筒状部(71)の下端と前記吐出弁座(40)とで前記吐出弁(73)を形成し、前記内周筒状部(71)の下端が前記吐出弁座(40)に圧接した状態から前記連結部(72)上面が前記シール筒部(50)下端面に当接するまでの間を、前記ステム(D1)に対して相対上下動可能に構成した請求項1記載のポンプ。
- 前記環状ピストン(D4)の内周筒状部(71)の下端部が前記吐出弁座(40)に圧接する位置から最上昇位置までのストローク幅を、前記ステム(D1)が上昇する際に、前記環状ピストン(D4)が前記吐出弁座(40)を閉じるまでの間のステム(D1)内の負圧状態でバックサクションを引き起こすよう選択する請求項2記載のポンプ。
- 前記ストローク幅が、1.5×10-3 m以上である請求項3記載のポンプ。
- 前記吸込み弁(33)が、吸込み弁座(21)上に圧接弁体(32)を常時圧接している圧接弁である請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
