上記ピストンE3を、内筒部40と離間位置を上下動するとともに、上端部を外筒部41内周に摺動可能に嵌合させ、且つ、第2逆止弁V2を構成する内部摺動部60と、シリンダB内周に摺動可能に嵌合させた外部摺動部61とを、連結部62により連結して構成し、内筒部40外周に嵌着した嵌着筒50aを備えた嵌着基部50を、内筒部抜止め用の凹凸係合手段を介して、内筒部40下部に嵌着し、 嵌着筒50a外周より外筒部41下方位置に至り、内部摺動部60とで第2逆止弁V2を形成する第2逆止弁座51を突設したピストンガイドE2を設けた。

Claims (6)
- 容器体(100)内に垂下するシリンダ(B)と、シリンダ(B)に対して上方付勢状態で上下動可能に装着した作動部材を備え、作動部材(E)は、上端に吐出ヘッド(E4)を嵌着して、下端部をシリンダ(B)内に上方付勢状態で上下動可能に挿入したステム(E1)と、外周をシリンダ(B)に摺動可能に嵌合させるとともに、ステム(E1)に対して相対上下動が可能に装着され、且つ、シリンダ(B)内からステム(E1)内へ一方的に流通する第2逆止弁(V2)を構成する環状のピストン(E3)とを備え、作動部材の上下動により容器体(100)内の液を汲み上げ吐出するポンプであって、
ステム(E1)の下端部を、開口部(45)を開口した内筒部(40)と、外筒部(41)とで構成し、
上記ピストン(E3)を、内筒部(40)と離間位置を上下動するとともに、上端部を外筒部(41)内周に摺動可能に嵌合させ、且つ、第2逆止弁(V2)を構成する内部摺動部(60)と、シリンダ(B)内周に摺動可能に嵌合させた外部摺動部(61)とを、連結部(62)により連結して構成し、
内筒部(40)外周に嵌着した嵌着筒(50a)を備えた嵌着基部(50)を、内筒部抜止め用の凹凸係合手段を介して、内筒部(40)下部に嵌着し、 嵌着筒(50a)外周より外筒部(41)下方位置に至り、内部摺動部(60)とで第2逆止弁(V2)を形成する第2逆止弁座(51)を突設したピストンガイド(E2)を設けたことを特徴とするポンプ。 - 内筒部(40)の下端部を底壁部(46)で閉塞したステム(E1)を採用し、嵌着基部(50)を、凹凸係合手段を介して内筒部(40)外周下部に嵌着させた嵌着筒(50a)で構成した請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 凹凸係合手段として、内筒部(40)外周に設け、嵌着筒(50a)上面を当接係止する下向き係止段部(47)と、その下方位置に突設し、嵌着筒(50a)下面が上面に乗り越え係合する係止突条(48)とで構成した請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 内筒部(40)の下端部を底壁部(46)で閉塞したステム(E1)を採用し、嵌着基部(50)を、凹凸係合手段を介して内筒部(40)外周下端部に嵌着した嵌着筒(50a)の下端より底板(50b)を延設して構成した請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 嵌着基部(50)を、内筒部(40)の外周下端部に嵌合させた嵌着筒(50a)の下端より内筒部(40)の下端開口を閉塞する底板(50b)を延設し、凹凸係合手段を介して内筒部(40)の内周下部に嵌着させた棒状突起(50c)を底板(50b)の上面中央部より立設して構成した請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 凹凸係合手段として、内筒部(40)に設けた係止突条(48)と、嵌着基部(50)に設け、係止突条(48)上面に乗り越え係合する係合突条(54)とで構成した請求項4又は請求項5に記載のポンプ。
