Description

Claims (13)
- 開口部を有する液体容器と、
前記開口部に隣接し、前記液体容器の内部と流体連通するように前記液体容器に密閉状態で嵌合可能な噴霧機構とを備える液体噴霧装置であって、
前記噴霧機構が、
(i)第1流路壁で画成された第1流路と第2流路壁で画成された第2流路とが第1の通路を経由して互いに流体接続された本体と、
(ii)前記第1流路壁と連携して収集チャンバを画成し、前記収集チャンバに液体を導入する際に該液体が経由する第3流路を画成するチャージピストンと、
(iii)前記容器から前記収集チャンバへの液体の流れを可能にする一方向入口バルブと、
(iv)前記第2流路壁と連携して吐出チャンバを画成する吐出ピストン及び排出バルブベースであって、前記吐出ピストンが第2の復元力に抗して前記吐出チャンバ内の流体圧力に応答する、吐出ピストン及び排出バルブベースと、
(v)前記収集チャンバから前記吐出チャンバへ前記第1の通路を通る液体の流れを可能にする一方向出口バルブと、
(vi)第1の復元力に抗して、前記チャージピストンを前記第1流路壁に対して選択的に移動して、前記収集チャンバの収集チャンバ容積を減少させるアクチュエータと、
(vii)前記吐出チャンバから前記排出バルブベース内の第2の通路を通る液体の流れを可能にする一方向排出バルブとを備え、
前記排出バルブが、前記吐出チャンバ内の前記流体圧力が第1の閾値圧力を超えると開く、液体噴霧装置。 - 前記排出バルブが、排出バルブ座構造体内の孔に密閉状態で嵌合可能なシール部を含むプランジャを備え、
前記プランジャが前記吐出チャンバ内の前記流体圧力に応答して、前記プランジャの前記シール部が前記排出バルブ座構造体から外れて前記排出バルブが開いているとき、前記吐出チャンバが前記孔を経由して前記第2の通路に流体連結される、請求項1に記載の液体噴霧装置。 - 前記プランジャが、第3の復元力によって前記流体圧力に抗して付勢されている、請求項2に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記第3の復元力が、前記孔を通る液体の流れと実質的に平行な方向に沿って作用する、請求項3に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記吐出チャンバ内の前記流体圧力が第1の閾値圧力を超えると前記排出バルブが開く、請求項3に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記チャージピストンに前記第1の復元力を作用させることができる第1のばねを更に備える、請求項5に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記吐出ピストンに前記第2の復元力を作用させることができる第2のばねを更に備える、請求項6に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記吐出チャンバの前記流体圧力が前記閾値圧力未満の場合に前記吐出ピストンが前記第2の復元力に抗して移動可能となるように前記第2のばねが調整されている、請求項7に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記吐出チャンバ内の前記流体圧力が前記第1の閾値圧力に届くまで前記吐出チャンバ内の前記流体圧力が増加するにつれて、吐出チャンバ容積が拡張する、請求項8に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記吐出チャンバ内の前記流体圧力が第2の閾値圧力未満に下がると前記排出バルブが閉じる、請求項9に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記第1の閾値圧力が前記第2の閾値圧力より高い、請求項10に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記排出バルブが前記排出バルブベースに連結されている、請求項2に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記容器から前記チャージピストンの前記第3流路に液体を輸送するためのチューブを更に備える、請求項2に記載の液体噴霧装置。
