Claims (14)
- 煙道ガスを洗浄する装置において、
一側部に設けられて煙道ガスを受け入れる入口を有するタワーであって、更に、前記入口よりも上方に位置して酸吸収流体のスプレイを前記タワー内に供給する複数のスプレイヘッドを備えている流体インジェクター及び前記入口よりも下方のリサイクルタンク部分を有するタワーと、
前記リサイクルタンク部分内に収容されている酸吸収流体と、
酸素含有ガスを前記酸吸収流体中に導入する、少なくともひとつの開口を有するエアレーターと、
を包含し、
前記少なくともひとつの開口のすべてが前記酸素含有ガスを少なくとも前記入口からの所定の半径方向距離(F)よりも大きい又はこの所定の半径方向距離(F)に等しい距離のところで放出するように位置決めされ、前記所定の半径方向距離(F)が前記リサイクルタンク部分の直径(D)の少なくとも10%に等しくて、前記入口内へ膨張する流体の泡だて膨張を防止するようにしたことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記エアレーターが少なくともひとつのスパージャーパイプから成り、前記少なくともひとつの開口のすべてが前記スパージャーパイプの長さに沿って形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記エアレーターが前記入口からの煙道ガスの流れに対して平行に又は垂直に配置されている、少なくともひとつのスパージャーパイプから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記エアレーターが前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分の直径の全体にわたって延びている、少なくともひとつのスパージャーパイプから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記エアレーターがエアランスから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記所定の半径方向距離(F)が前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分の直径(D)の15%であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記所定の半径方向距離(F)が前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分の直径(D)の20%であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 更に、前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分内の前記酸吸収流体を流体インジェクターに供給する循環装置を包含することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分内の前記酸吸収流体がカルシウムを主成分とするスラリーであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 煙道ガスを洗浄する方法において、
酸性ガスを含有する煙道ガスをタワー内にその一側部に設けた入口を通して導入すること、
前記入口よりも上方に位置している複数の複数のスプレイヘッドを備えている流体インジェクターから酸吸収流体を前記タワー内に噴霧せしめて、前記酸吸収流体を前記煙道ガスに接触せしめること、
前記酸吸収流体を前記タワーの、前記入口よりも下方のリサイクルタンク部分内に蓄積すること、及び
酸素含有ガスを前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分内の前記酸吸収流体中に導入すること、
を包含し、
前記酸素含有ガスがエアレーターの少なくともひとつの開口を通して導入され、前記少なくともひとつの開口のすべてが前記酸素含有ガスを少なくとも前記煙道ガスの前記入口からの所定の半径方向距離(F)よりも大きい又はこの所定の半径方向距離(F)に等しい距離のところで放出するように位置決めされ、前記所定の半径方向距離(F)が前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分の直径(D)の少なくとも10%に等しくて、前記入口内へ膨張する流体の泡だて膨張を防止するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記エアレーターが少なくともひとつのスパージャーパイプから成り、前記少なくともひとつの開口のすべてが前記スパージャーパイプの長さに沿って形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記エアレーターが前記入口からの前記煙道ガスの流体に対して平行に又は垂直に配置されている、少なくともひとつのスパージャーパイプから成ることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記所定の半径方向距離(F)が前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分の直径(D)の少なくとも15%であることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記所定の半径方向距離(F)が前記タワーの前記リサイクルタンク部分の直径(D)の少なくとも20%であることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
