Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明に係る永久磁石型回転電機の実施の形態1を示す横断面図であり、図2は、実施の形態1の永久磁石型回転電機の縦断面図である。図1及び図2に示すように、実施の形態1の永久磁石型回転電機91は、円筒状のフレーム41と、フレーム41の一端に固定される負荷側ブラケット42と、フレーム41の他端に固定される反負荷側ブラケット43を有し、負荷側ブラケット42の中央部の円形凹部にベアリング44の外輪が勘合されるハウジング40を備えている。ベアリング44は、クロスローラーベアリングである。
図3は、本発明に係る永久磁石型回転電機の実施の形態2を示す縦断面図であり、図4は、実施の形態2の永久磁石型回転電機の図3とは位相の異なる縦断面図である。図3及び図4に示すように、実施の形態2の永久磁石型回転電機92は、ハウジング40、固定子20及び回転子30が、実施の形態1の永久磁石型回転電機91と同等であるので、その詳細な説明を省略し、特徴的な構成を有するバックヨーク60について説明する。
Claims (3)
- 円筒状のフレーム、該フレームの一端に固定される負荷側ブラケット及び前記フレームの他端に固定される反負荷側ブラケットを有し、前記負荷側ブラケットの円形凹部にベアリングの外輪が嵌合されるハウジングと、
珪素鋼板を積層して円筒状に形成され、内周部に複数個のティースが設けられ、前記ティースに巻線が施され、前記ハウジングのフレームに嵌合される固定子と、
外周部に等間隔に複数の永久磁石が固着される構造用鋼材製の薄肉円筒部、該薄肉円筒部の一端に接続する段付円板部及び該段付円板部の中心に固定されるシャフトを有し、前記ベアリングの内輪に前記段付円板部の段部が嵌合され、前記ハウジングの負荷側ブラケットに回転自在に片持ち支持される回転子と、
珪素鋼板を積層して円柱状に形成され、前記回転子の薄肉円筒部内に微小なエアギャップを隔てて挿入され、前記ハウジングの反負荷側ブラケットに片持ち支持されるバックヨークと、
前記ハウジングの反負荷側ブラケットに設けられ、前記バックヨークを軸方向に変位可能に、軸周りに回転不能に片持ち支持するリニアスライド機構と、
前記ハウジングの反負荷側ブラケットに設けられ、前記バックヨークを前記負荷側ブラケット方向に押圧するばねと、
前記バックヨークの反負荷側に埋設されたフィールド及びブレーキコイルと、
前記ハウジングの反負荷側ブラケットに固定されたアーマチュアと、
を備えることを特徴とする永久磁石型回転電機。 - 前記フィールドは、圧粉磁心により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石型回転電機。
- 発電機として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石型回転電機。
