Claims (16)
- 管状のカバー、
前記カバーの長さ方向の端部に結合されるキャップ部、および
前記キャップ部に結合されて前記カバー内部に位置する発光ダイオードモジュールを含み、
前記キャップ部は、
前記カバーと結合され、内側に結合部を備えたキャップ、および
前記結合部に結合されて前記発光ダイオードモジュールに直接接触すると同時に、前記発光ダイオードモジュールを弾性的に支持して固定させる接触端子を含み、
前記結合部は、前記接触端子が長さ方向に挿入されて結合されるように前記キャップの内側端部から長さ方向に突出して形成される第1突出部、および
前記第1突出部の下側端部から長さ方向に突出して形成される第2突出部を含む、発光ダイオード照明装置。 - 前記接触端子は、
前記第1突出部に対応する形状に形成されて前記第1突出部に結合される第1接触部、
前記第1接触部から伸びて前記第2突出部に対応する形状に形成されて前記第2突出部に結合される第2接触部、および
前記第2接触部から伸びて前記発光ダイオードモジュールに接触する第3接触部を含む、請求項1に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。 - 前記第1接触部には、ピン挿入溝が形成される、請求項2に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
- 前記結合部には、前記キャップの長さ方向に貫通したピン結合溝が形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
- 前記キャップは、
前記カバーの一側を覆う蓋部、
前記発光ダイオードモジュールが挿入される挿入溝、および
前記挿入溝が形成されるように前記結合部の下側端部から予め定められた距離だけ離隔した位置に形成された支持部材をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。 - 前記カバーの一側には、前記キャップと結合するための係止溝が形成され、
前記蓋部には、前記係止溝と対応する位置に係止突起が形成される、請求項5に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。 - 前記蓋部には、離脱防止部材がさらに形成される、請求項6に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
- 前記接触端子は、複数個が形成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
- 前記キャップ部は、前記キャップを貫通して設置されて外部から電力が供給されるピンをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
- 前記結合部および前記ピンは、複数個が形成される、請求項9に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードモジュールは、
複数の発光ダイオード素子、および
棒形状を有する発光ダイオード印刷回路基板を含み、
前記複数の発光ダイオード素子は、前記棒形状の長さ方向に沿って一列に配列されるように前記発光ダイオード印刷回路基板の上面に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。 - 前記カバーは、
前記複数の発光ダイオード素子から放射される光が拡散するように前記複数の発光ダイオード素子を囲む拡散カバー、および
前記発光ダイオード印刷回路基板の熱が分散するように前記発光ダイオード印刷回路基板の下面を囲む放熱板を含む、請求項11に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。 - 前記拡散カバーと前記放熱板は、互いに締結されて中空の円筒形態を有するように形成される、請求項12に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
- 前記放熱板は、
前記拡散カバーと締結されるように前記中空の円筒形態の長さ方向に沿って両側面の外側にそれぞれ形成される外側溝、および
前記発光ダイオード印刷回路基板と締結されるように前記中空の円筒形態の長さ方向に沿って両側面の内側にそれぞれ形成される内側溝を含む、請求項13に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。 - 前記拡散カバーは、拡散型ポリカーボネートまたは拡散型ガラス材質である、請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
- 前記放熱板は、ABS、PPS、またはPPA材質で二重射出された、請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の発光ダイオード照明装置。
