技术领域
本实用新型属于照明灯具,具体涉及一种植物照明灯。
背景技术
随着温室大棚广泛应用于种植蔬菜、水果和花卉等农产品,人工光源是必不可少的种植条件。常见的人工光源有金属卤灯、高压钠灯和荧光灯等,这些灯具尚存在着结构设计缺陷:由于灯管安装部件是整块长条形支架,照明灯管与灯支架刚性连接,且灯管导线是焊接于灯壳的压片上后与夹线弹片接触通电。这种灯管安装部件因占用空间大而阻挡部分反射光线,如若遇震动、撞击和风力等外部袭击时,灯管易受刚性冲击而形成内伤甚至损坏,同时,导线易出现接触不良而导致夹线弹片发热量增大。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抗震能力强 、导电稳定的照明灯反射罩 。
实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种植物照明灯,包括支架,支架安装有电子镇流器和灯壳,灯壳的内部安装反射罩,所述灯壳的内顶面安装有用于固定灯管端头的弹片,灯壳的外侧部安装有用于固定灯管导线的压紧装置。
进一步地,所述压紧装置包括具有接触面的导电体和具有接触面的活页,导电体的接触面与活页的接触面相互贴合。
所述导电体由绝缘外壳和导电块构成,外壳的内部嵌装导电块,导电块具有一斜面;所述活页由基板和活动块构成,基板链接活动块,活动块也具有与导电块对应的一斜面。
所述导电块的斜面的 倾斜度为5~15℃;所述活动块的斜面的倾斜度为5~15℃。
进一步地,所述弹片由L形部和用于夹持照明灯管端头的弯钩构成。
所述L形部的短边开设有安装孔,L形部的长边开设有缺口。
进一步地,所述反射罩的内拱面设置有若干条平行布置的圆弧反光面,所述 圆弧反光面的半径自底部向中部逐渐增大。
进一步地,所述 电子镇流器与灯壳之间架设隔热板。
实施本实用新型技术方案,通过在灯壳设置弹片和压紧装置,两者配合应用于安装灯管,使灯管在弹片下增强吸震能力以提高稳定性,弹片代替了较大体积的支架,不会阻挡反射罩的核心反射区,同时,在活页贴合下,灯管导线接触牢固,压紧装置操作空间灵活,拆装快速方便,导线避开灯管发热区域,避开光线高温区域,散热效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,植物照明灯主要由电子镇流器1、支架2、灯壳3、反射罩4和压紧装置组成。支架2安装电子镇流器,同时,支架2吊装灯壳3。电子镇流器1与灯壳3之间架设隔热板12,用于散热作用,隔热板呈V形状,隔热板12的开口朝向电子镇流器1。灯壳3的内部装配反射罩4,灯壳3的侧面安装压紧装置5。
如图2所示,灯壳3的内侧顶面通过通过紧固件7安装弹片6,弹片处于悬挂状态。灯壳3的内侧顶面还安装反射罩4,弹片6位于反射罩4的两端。
如图3所示,照明灯管的安装的弹片6由L形部6.1和C形弯钩6.2构成。L形部6.1的短边开设有安装孔6.3,L形部6.1的长边开设有缺口6.4。在L形部6.1的缺口6.4的端部连接C形弯钩6.2,C形弯钩具有一直角边,直角边的内侧面设置有防滑层。弹片由铜片或钢片制成,其厚度为2mm,非常轻巧并兼具弹性。使用弹片的数量为两片,成对使用,弹片6的C形弯钩6.2相向设置。由于弹片具有弹性,照明灯管安装不仅方便,且使用过程中遇到震动也能起到缓冲作用,避免照明灯管受损,弹片占用空间小,不会阻挡反射罩的核心反光区域。
如图4和图5所示,照明灯具壳体的侧板3.1开设有通孔3.2,侧板3.1的通孔3.2的旁边安装压紧装置5。压紧装置5由导电体9、活页10和扣件11组成。
导电体9由绝缘外壳9.1和导电块9.2构成,外壳9.1的内部嵌装导电块9.2。外壳具一斜面,导电块也具有一斜面,导电块的斜面外露并与外壳的斜面平齐。外壳9.1和导电块9.2的斜面的倾斜度为5~15℃。
活页10由基板10.1、活动块10.2和钩片10.3构成。基板10.1铰接活动块10.2,活动块的表面设置钩片10.3。绝缘的活动块呈L形状,其短部和长部的夹角为95~105℃,夹角设计使短部具有一斜面,斜面的倾斜度为5~15℃。
扣件采用常规零件,只要能将活页的钩片锁紧即可。
如图6和图7所示,照明灯反射罩由玻璃材料制作而成,照明灯反射罩4由拱面4.1和侧板4.2构成。拱面1呈半圆形面。侧板4.2开设有缺口4.2.1,侧板4.2的内侧面设置有若干条纵向平行布置的圆弧形反光面。
拱面4.1的内侧面设置若干条平行布置的圆弧反光面4.1.1。圆弧形反光面排列布置形成波浪型反光内侧面。圆弧反光面的半径R自底部向中部逐渐增大,依次为8mm、9mm、8mm和10mm,圆弧反光面的弦长L为4mm、5mm、6mm或7mm。圆弧反光面的表面涂覆有纳米级反光涂层或是纳米绝缘反光膜。纳米绝缘反光膜包括面膜层和离型纸层。
安装灯管时,将灯管8沿着壳体3的通孔和反射罩4的缺口置入并被夹持于两片弹片6之间,使灯管悬挂于反射罩4内部空间中,此时,灯管8的导线穿出壳体3的侧板并抵住压紧装置5的导电体9,然后将活页10合上,再由扣件11的扣环锁紧活页10,从而锁紧导线。

  1. 一种植物照明灯,包括支架,支架安装有电子镇流器和灯壳,灯壳的内部安装反射罩,其特征在于:所述灯壳的内顶面安装有用于固定灯管端头的弹片,灯壳的外侧部安装有用于固定灯管导线的压紧装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述植物照明灯,其特征在于,所述压紧装置包括具有接触面的导电体和具有接触面的活页,导电体的接触面与活页的接触面相互贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述植物照明灯,其特征在于,所述导电体由绝缘外壳和导电块构成,外壳的内部嵌装导电块,导电块具有一斜面;所述活页由基板和活动块构成,基板链接活动块,活动块也具有与导电块对应的一斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述植物照明灯,其特征在于,所述导电块的斜面的倾斜度为5~15℃;所述活动块的斜面的倾斜度为5~15℃。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述植物照明灯,其特征在于,所述弹片由L形部和用于夹持照明灯管端头的弯钩构成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述植物照明灯,其特征在于,所述L形部的短边开设有安装孔,L形部的长边开设有缺口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述植物照明灯,其特征在于,所述反射罩的内拱面设置有若干条平行布置的圆弧反光面,所述圆弧反光面的半径自底部向中部逐渐增大。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述植物照明灯,其特征在于,所述电子镇流器与灯壳之间架设隔热板。
