一种一体式灯架及LED植物灯
技术领域
本发明涉及灯具领域,特别涉及一种一体式灯架及LED植物灯。
背景技术
LED灯因其节能环保,使用寿命长,越来越受到人们的青睐,而LED灯相较于传统的白炽灯需要使用驱动器方能正常工作,现有的LED灯具由于驱动器外置,使得驱动器在安装、运输、使用过程中很容易出现损伤,并且驱动器会占用灯具外部的安装空间,影响灯具的安装,更多的现有的灯具为分体式结构在安装过程中操作复杂,效率低下,使得LED的产能满足不了市场需求,因而需要一种新型结构的LED灯来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种安装方便,结构可靠的一体式灯架及LED植物灯。
本发明为解决其技术问题提供的一种技术方案是:
一种一体式灯架,包括基板,所述基板的上部设置有散热翅,所述基板的下部设置有连接结构,所述基板的两侧设置有筒状结构,所述筒状结构与所述基板围成有第一容置空间和第二容置空间。
作为上述方案的改进,所述筒状结构外部设置有第一滑槽,所述筒状结构内部设置有第二滑槽,所述第一滑槽与所述第二滑槽均用于连接。
作为上述方案的改进,所述散热翅间隔分布在所述基板上。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述连接结构为沿所述基板长度方向延伸的凹槽。
本发明还提供了一种LED植物灯,其特征在于:包括上述任意一项所述的灯架,还包括上部壳体、驱动电源、光源、所述光源位于所述第二容置空间内并与所述基板固定连接;所述驱动电源位于所述筒状结构内,与所述筒状结构固定连接;所述上部壳体与所述筒状结构固接。
作为上述方案的改进,所述上部壳体中部凸起,所述凸起用于形成内部容纳空间。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述上部壳体内部设置有风扇,所述风扇与所述上部壳体固定连接并置于所述散热翅上方的第一容置空间内。
作为上述方案的改进,所述筒状结构内设置有矩形筒,所述矩形筒与所述筒状结构滑动连接,所述矩形筒与所述驱动电源固定连接。
作为上述方案的改进,还包括端盖,所述端盖与所述灯架端部匹配扣合,所述端盖上还设置有安装孔,所述安装孔用于螺纹连接所述灯架。
作为上述方案的改进,所述端盖上还设置有按压开关,所述按压开关用于开关灯。
本发明的有益技术效果是:通过设置一体式的灯架,在灯架上设置筒状结构容置驱动电源,以及在灯架上设置第一容置空间及第二容置空间用于快速安装光源及上部壳体,相较于传统的分体式灯架及驱动电源外置式LED植物灯,本发明结构更加安全可靠,安装更加方便快捷。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分理解本发明的目的、方案和效果。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。此外本发明中所使用的上、下、左、右等描述仅仅是相对图中本发明各组成部分相互位置关系来说的。
图1 为本发明一种一体式灯架一种实施方式的截面图,参考图1,一种一体式灯架包括基板11,基板11包括一个第一端和一个第二端,第一端上间隔设置有散热翅12,第二端上设置有沿灯架长度方向延伸的3个凹槽13,凹槽13用于螺纹连接LED植物灯板,或与端盖进行螺纹连接,凹槽13的数量可根据实际需要进行增加或减少,基板11的侧部设置有筒型结构14,筒型结构14沿基板11的长度方向延伸,筒型结构上部设置有沿基板长度方向延伸的第一滑槽141,第一滑槽141可用于连接灯壳,第一滑槽141中心下凹,第一滑槽141的下部与筒型结构之间留有间隙,筒型结构14靠近散热翅的一侧设置有沿基板11长度方向延伸的圆形滑槽143,圆形滑槽143可替换为矩形滑槽,圆形滑槽143可用于连接螺钉固定端盖,方便连接,筒型结构14内侧底部也设置有沿筒型结构14长度方向延伸的第二滑槽142,第二滑槽142用于连接固定或导向,筒型结构14下部还设置有卡槽144,卡槽144可用于卡接LED植物灯的面盖;筒型结构14与基板11之间形成第一容置空间15与第二容置空间16,第一容置空间15可用于安置风扇,第二容置空间16用于安置光源,光源可以是 LED灯板或LED模组,由上述可见,一体式灯架上设置有灯具安装所必须的安装连接结构,极大的方便了LED灯的组装,以及维护。
图2 为本发明一种LED植物灯一种实施方式的立体图,图3 为本发明一种LED植物灯一种实施方式的部分结构示意图,参考图2和图3,一种LED植物灯,包括灯架1、端盖2、上部壳体3、开关4、风扇6以及矩形筒7,端盖2与灯架1扣接,端盖2上还设置有安装孔21,安装孔21用于连接螺丝,进一步加强端盖2与灯架1之间的连接可靠性,端盖2上还连接有两路开关4,开关4与位于筒型结构14内的驱动电源电性连接,两路开关4的设置使得使用者可以方便的依据需要进行开关灯具调整光照强度。
作为优选的还可以在筒型结构14内安装矩形筒7,将驱动电源置于矩形筒7内,使得灯体整体美观,可保证驱动电源在运输安装过程中的安全性,防止意外破坏,更多的在实际使用过程中可有效杜绝由于积尘,雨水对电源的侵蚀损害,提高了灯体电路的可靠性,矩形筒7两端开口,在端面上设置有两个或两个以上的安装孔71,所述矩形筒7通过设置在筒型结构14内部的滑槽以及矩形筒7棱部的卡位快速的进行安装操作,位于矩形筒7端部的安装孔71与端盖2上的安装孔位匹配,通过螺钉与端盖2进行固定连接,从而将矩形筒7通过端盖2与灯架1固定连接,端盖2上还设置有电缆出口,电缆出口上设置有电缆夹51,电缆夹51将电缆5固定在端盖2上的电缆安装孔上,保障LED植物灯在安装使用过程中电性连接的可靠性。
上部壳体3位于灯架1上部的第一容置空间15内,上部壳体3与筒型结构14通过螺丝固定连接,上部壳体3中心部位凸出,凸出部位上设置有格栅31,格栅31下部设置有风扇6,风扇6与上部壳体3上的安装孔32通过螺丝或铆钉固定连接,在安装过程中风扇6与上部壳体3可一体的固定安装于灯架1上,相较于将散热风扇6直接与散热翅12连接,增大了风扇6在工作过程中风力可直接覆盖的范围,以及可防止因风扇6直接与散热翅12接触导致风扇温度过高影响风扇正常使用寿命的问题,由图3中可见风扇6位于散热翅12的上方,中部呈凸起状的壳体3的下部,中部凸起的壳体3两端向内收,使得更多的有效气流进入散热翅12,促进空气对流,加速散热翅12上的热量散失,同时也会使得散热稳定,保障LED植物灯的长期稳定可靠工作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种一体式灯架,其特征在于:包括基板,所述基板的上部设置有散热翅,所述基板的下部设置有连接结构,所述基板的两侧设置有筒状结构,所述筒状结构与所述基板围成有第一容置空间和第二容置空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式灯架,其特征在于:所述筒状结构外部设置有第一滑槽,所述筒状结构内部设置有第二滑槽,所述第一滑槽与所述第二滑槽均用于连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式灯架,其特征在于:所述散热翅间隔分布在所述基板上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式灯架,其特征在于:所述连接结构为沿所述基板长度方向延伸的凹槽。
  5. 一种LED植物灯,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-4任意一项所述的灯架,还包括上部壳体、驱动电源、光源、所述光源位于所述第二容置空间内并与所述基板固定连接;所述驱动电源位于所述筒状结构内,与所述筒状结构固定连接;所述上部壳体与所述筒状结构固接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的上部壳体,其特征在于:所述上部壳体中部凸起,所述凸起用于形成内部容纳空间。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的LED植物灯,其特征在于:所述上部壳体内部设置有风扇,所述风扇与所述上部壳体固定连接并置于所述散热翅上方的第一容置空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的LED植物灯,其特征在于:所述筒状结构内设置有矩形筒,所述矩形筒与所述筒状结构滑动连接,所述矩形筒与所述驱动电源固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的LED植物灯,其特征在于:所述筒状结构内设置有矩形筒,所述矩形筒与所述筒状结构滑动连接,所述矩形筒与所述驱动电源固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的LED植物灯,其特征在于:所述端盖上还设置有按压开关,所述按压开关用于开关灯。
