Claims (6)
- 623〜1073K下で、フッ素系ガスをカチオン種としてカルシウムを有するゼオライトに接触させて分解し、分解生成物を当該ゼオライトに吸着させることを特徴とするフッ素系ガスの分解処理方法。
- 前記分解処理を水の存在下で行う請求項1に記載のフッ素系ガスの分解処理方法。
- 前記フッ素系ガスはフッ化炭素ガス(CnFl)またはフッ化炭化水素ガス(CnHmFl)である請求項1または2に記載のフッ素系ガスの分解処理方法。
- 前記ゼオライトは細孔径が0.5nm以上である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のフッ素系ガスの分解処理方法。
- 前記ゼオライトはフォージャサイト型である請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のフッ素系ガスの分解処理方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法で用いたゼオライトを洗浄、焼成して再利用するフッ素系ガスの分解処理方法。
