図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に従うハイブリッド車両の構成を説明するブロック図である。
図3を参照して、蓄電装置70は、キャパシタC1およびリアクトルL1を介して、EHC給電用の電源装置100と接続される。
図4を参照して、漏電検出回路500は、交流電源510と、抵抗520と、コンデンサ530と、バンドパスフィルタ540と、ピークホールド回路550とを含む。
実施の形態2では、EHCへの給電系のバリエーションとして、外部充電可能なハイブリッド車両における回路構成を説明する。
図9を参照して、図2と同様に、蓄電装置70は、電力線PL1およびGL1の間に電気的に接続される。さらに、蓄電装置70と接続された回路系のために、電力線GL1および接地ノード5の間の絶縁抵抗の低下を検出するための漏電検出回路500が設けられている。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関および車両走行用の電動機を搭載するハイブリッド車両であって、
前記電動機へ供給される電力を蓄える蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の負極と電気的に接続された、絶縁抵抗の低下を検出するための漏電検出回路と、
前記内燃機関から排出される排気ガスを浄化する触媒を電気加熱するための電気加熱式触媒装置と、
前記蓄電装置と電気的に接続された一次側と前記電気加熱式触媒装置と電気的に接続された二次側とを電気的に絶縁した上で電気エネルギを伝達するように構成された絶縁機構を経由する電力変換経路によって、前記蓄電装置からの電力を前記電気加熱式触媒装置の通電電力に変換するための電源装置とを備え、
前記電源装置は、前記絶縁機構の前記一次側および前記二次側の間を電気的に接続するための開閉装置を含み、
前記開閉装置は、前記電気加熱式触媒装置の通電時には開放される一方で、前記電気加熱式触媒装置の絶縁抵抗の低下を検出するときには閉成される、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電気加熱式触媒装置の絶縁抵抗の低下有無のチェックを要求されたときに、前記開閉装置をオンした状態で前記漏電検出回路によって前記絶縁抵抗が低下しているか否かを確認するための試験手段と、
前記試験手段によって前記絶縁抵抗の低下が検出されたときに、前記電源装置による前記電気加熱式触媒装置への通電を禁止するための禁止手段とをさらに備える、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電気加熱式触媒装置の絶縁抵抗の低下有無のチェックを要求されたときに、前記開閉装置をオンした状態で前記漏電検出回路によって前記絶縁抵抗が低下しているか否かを確認するための試験手段と、
前記試験手段によって前記絶縁抵抗の低下が検出されないときに、前記電源装置による前記電気加熱式触媒装置への通電を許可するための許可手段とをさらに備える、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 内燃機関および車両走行用の電動機を搭載するハイブリッド車両であって、
前記電動機へ供給される電力を蓄える蓄電装置と、
車両外部の電源から供給される電力を受ける受電部と、
前記内燃機関から排出される排気ガスを浄化する触媒を電気加熱するための電気加熱式触媒装置と、
前記蓄電装置の負極と電気的に接続された、絶縁抵抗の低下を検出するための漏電検出回路と、
前記受電部と電気的に接続された一次側と前記蓄電装置と電気的に接続された二次側とを電気的に絶縁した上で電気エネルギを伝達するように構成された絶縁機構を経由する電力変換経路によって、前記電源からの給電時に、前記受電部が受けた電力を前記蓄電装置の充電電力に変換する交流/直流電力変換を実行するための充電器とを備え、
前記充電器は、
前記電力変換経路上で前記絶縁機構の一次側および前記電気加熱式触媒装置と電気的に接続された、線間に直流電圧が出力される第1および第2の電力線と、
前記電源からの非給電時において前記電気加熱式触媒装置を作動する場合に、前記交流/直流電力変換の一部の逆変換によって、前記蓄電装置からの電力を前記第1および第2の電力線に出力される直流電圧に変換するための第1の電力変換部と、
前記電気加熱式触媒装置の非通電時に絶縁抵抗の低下を検出するときに、前記絶縁機構の前記一次側および前記二次側の間を電気的に接続するための開閉装置とを含む、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第1の電力線と前記電気加熱式触媒装置との間に配置された第1の遮断機構と、
前記第2の電力線と前記電気加熱式触媒装置との間に配置された第2の遮断機構とをさらに備える、請求項4記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第1の電力変換部は、前記蓄電装置と前記第1および第2の電力線との間で双方向の電力変換を行うように構成され、
前記充電器は、
前記電源からの給電時に、前記第1および第2の電力線間の直流電圧を目標電圧に制御するように、前記受電部が受けた交流電力を直流電力に変換して第1および第2の電力線間に出力するための第2の電力変換部をさらに含む、請求項4記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記充電器は、前記電源による前記蓄電装置の充電時に前記電気加熱式触媒装置を作動する場合に、前記第1の電力変換部による前記第1および第2の電力線間の直流電圧の制御によって前記電気加熱式触媒装置への給電電力を制御するとともに、前記第2の電力変換部によって前記蓄電装置の充電電力を制御する、請求項6記載のハイブリッド車両。
