Description
このように家庭用薄葉紙は、汎用性に優れ、需要者におけるその使用の用途は極めて多岐にわたる。
この各種用途において十分とはいえない点は、薄葉紙自体の低坪量や紙厚が薄いという特質に起因する嵩の低さによるところが大きい。
そこで、本発明者らは、薄葉紙の利点を生かしつつ上記問題点の嵩高さ、意匠性を改善すべく、下記特許文献1〜5に示される発泡インキのメカニズムに着目した。
<請求項1記載の発明>
坪量10〜60g/m2、紙厚80〜350μmの薄葉紙の両面に発泡インキによる嵩高部を有し、その一方面がノンスリップタイプの発泡インキによる滑り防止性を有する嵩高部とされ、かつ、各面における嵩高部の高さが50〜200μmであり、各面における嵩高部の平面視における総面積が、薄葉紙の一方面の面積の5〜20%である、
ことを特徴とする家庭用薄葉紙。
前記薄葉紙は、エンボスを有さないものである請求項1記載の家庭用薄葉紙。
ドレープ性(ソフトネス/厚み)が0.04〜0.1m2/μmである請求項1又は2に記載の家庭用薄葉紙。
前記嵩高部は、薄葉紙の地色と異なる色である請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の家庭用薄葉紙。
帯状であり、長手方向に所定間隔で幅方向にわたる切り取り用ミシン目線が配されている請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の家庭用薄様紙。
『家庭用薄葉紙』
本発明は、基材となる薄葉紙1の少なくとも一方の面に発泡インキによって印刷を施して嵩高部2を形成し、家庭用薄葉紙X1全体としての嵩高さを発現させたものである。
この家庭用薄葉紙X1は、種々の家庭用薄葉紙製品の原紙として使用することができ、例えば、後述の薄葉紙1の設計等によりティシュペーパー、トイレットペーパー、キッチンペーパー、ワイプ、紙ナプキン、ランチョンマットなどの製品とすることができる。
本発明の基材となる薄葉紙1は、クレープを有するものであり、坪量10〜60g/m2、厚さは、80〜350μmの範囲とする。この範囲で、キッチンペーパー、ティシュペーパー、トイレットペーパー、ワイプ、紙ナプキン、その他の家庭用薄葉紙製品のそれぞれに適するように設計することができる。
なお、本発明及び明細書中における坪量とは、JIS P 8113に基づいて測定した値を言う。
嵩高部2、3を形成するための発泡インキは、既知のものが利用できるが、好ましい例としては、バインダー中に発泡性硬化物質を含有するものである。バインダーとしては、既知の接着基材を用いることができ、具体例としては、アクリル系樹脂、酢酸ビニル系樹脂、酢酸ビニル−エチレン共重合樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、塩化ビニル系樹脂などが挙げられる。
この種の発泡性硬化物質は、適当な温度となると芯物質が膨張するとともに被膜又は殻が拡張することで膨張状態が維持される。なお、本発明における硬化とは弾性、剛性、剛弾性の状態を含む意味である。
より具体的な発泡性硬化物質を例示すれば、Expancel社製 のExpancelシリーズ等が例示できる。
本発明の家庭用薄葉紙X1は、抄造された薄葉紙1に対して発泡インキをグラビア印刷、フレキソ印刷、スクリーン印刷等の薄葉紙1に対する既知の印刷方法を用いて適宜のパターン印刷を施した後、この発泡インキが印刷された薄葉紙1をドライヤー等によって加熱して、発泡インキを熱により発泡させることで製造することができる。
他方、本発明の家庭用薄葉紙X1は、帯状として長手方向に所定間隔で幅方向にわたる切り取り用ミシン目線を配し、さらにそれをロール状にした、キッチンロール或いは使い捨てランチョンマットロール等とするのに適する。以下、この形態について、特に図5を参照しながら説明する(なお、図5中において嵩高部は省略する)。ただし、本発明にかかる家庭用薄葉紙X1は、かかるロール形態に限定されるわけではない。

- 坪量10〜60g/m2、紙厚80〜350μmの薄葉紙の両面に発泡インキによる嵩高部を有し、その一方面がノンスリップタイプの発泡インキによる滑り防止性を有する嵩高部とされ、かつ、各面における嵩高部の高さが50〜200μmであり、各面における嵩高部の平面視における総面積が、薄葉紙の一方面の面積の5〜20%である、
ことを特徴とする家庭用薄葉紙。 - 前記薄葉紙は、エンボスを有さないものである請求項1記載の家庭用薄葉紙。
