X,YおよびZは、式-C(R2)(R3)-、-C(R2)(R3)-C-(R4)(R5)-または-C(R2)(R3)-C-(R4)(R5)-C(R6)(R7)-のアルキレン基、または以下の式のオルト-アリーレン基から選択される同一または異なる基であり:
式中、R12は、酸素、硫黄、窒素の群からのヘテロ原子を所望により含有できる、20個以下の炭素原子を有する、飽和または不飽和、直鎖または分岐、脂肪族または脂環式、あるいは所望により置換された、芳香族またはアラリファティック基を示すか、あるいは水素を示す;

- a)少なくとも1種の脂肪族、脂環式、アラリファティックおよび/または芳香族ポリイソシアネート、
b)少なくとも1種のNCO-反応性化合物、
c)少なくとも1種の熱潜在性無機スズ含有触媒、
から得られるポリイソシアネート重付加生成物であって、
該成分a)の重量と該成分c)からのスズの重量の割合は、成分a)が脂肪族ポリイソシアネートの場合3000ppm未満であり、成分a)が芳香族ポリイソシアネートの場合95ppm未満であり、
式I、II、またはIIIの環状スズ化合物が熱潜在性触媒として使用されることを特徴とする、該ポリイソシアネート重付加生成物:
