Description
本実施例においては、樹脂フィルム5として多層フィルムを用いた。前記多層フィルムは、アロイ化された2層構造フィルムであり、表面側のフィルムをPVDF:PMMA=70:30、裏面側のフィルムをPVDF:PMMA=30:70に調整した。この多層フィルムを反応容器4に導入し、真空ライン7の弁を開栓して、反応容器4内が10Pa以下になるまで減圧した。
実施例2〜7に於いては、フッ素化処理を行う際の条件を下記表1に示す通りに行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして実施例2〜7に係る積層フィルムを作製した。尚、実施例6においては処理ガスがフッ素ガス及び酸素ガスのみからなるものを用いたので、反応容器4内に処理ガスを導入する際には第3供給ライン3を閉栓した状態にした。
本比較例に於いては、実施例1で使用した多層フィルムに対しフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして多層フィルムとエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムとを貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例8及び9においては、樹脂フィルムとしてPVDFフィルムを用い、更にフッ素化処理を行う際の条件を下記表2に示す通りに行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして実施例8及び9に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
本比較例に於いては、実施例8で使用したPVDFフィルムに対しフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にしてPVDFフィルムとエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムとを貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例10及び11においては、樹脂フィルムとしてPVFフィルム(DuPont社製、商品名;テドラー、厚さ;50μm)を用い、更にフッ素化処理を行う際の条件を下記表3に示す通りに行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして実施例10及び11に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
本比較例に於いては、実施例10で使用したPVFフィルムに対しフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にしてPVFフィルムとエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムとを貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例12及び13においては、樹脂フィルムとしてPETフィルム(東レ(株)製、商品名;ルミラー S−10、厚さ;50μm)を用い、更にフッ素化処理を行う際の条件を下記表4に示す通りに行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして実施例12及び13に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
本比較例に於いては、実施例12で使用したPETフィルムに対しフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にしてPETフィルムとエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムとを貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例14及び15においては、樹脂フィルムとしてETFEフィルム(ダイキン工業(株)製、商品名;ネオフロン、厚さ;50μm)を用い、更にフッ素化処理を行う際の条件を下記表5に示す通りに行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして実施例14及び15に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
本比較例に於いては、実施例14で使用したETFEフィルムに対しフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にしてETFEフィルムとエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムとを貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例16においては、樹脂フィルムとしてPIフィルム(DuPont社製、商品名;カプトン、厚さ;45μm製)を用い、更にフッ素化処理を行う際の条件を下記表6に示す通りに行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして実施例16に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
本比較例に於いては、実施例16で使用したPIフィルムに対しフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にしてPIフィルムとエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムとを貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例17においては、樹脂フィルムとしてETFEフィルム(ダイキン工業(株)製、商品名;ネオフロン、厚さ;50μm)を用い、更に下記表7に示す条件下でフッ素化処理を行った。
本比較例に於いては、実施例17で使用したETFEフィルムに対してフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例17と同様にしてETFEフィルムとPETフィルムとをウレタン系接着剤を介して貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例18においては、樹脂フィルムとしてPVFフィルム(DuPont社製、商品名;テドラー、厚さ;50μm)を用い、更にフッ素化処理を行う際の条件を下記表8に示す通りに行ったこと以外は、前記実施例17と同様にして実施例18に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
本比較例に於いては、実施例18で使用したPVFフィルムに対してフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例17と同様にしてPVFフィルムとPETフィルムとをウレタン系接着剤を介して貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例19においては、樹脂フィルムとしてPIフィルム(DuPont社製、商品名;カプトン、厚さ;45μm)を用い、更にフッ素化処理を行う際の条件を下記表9に示す通りに行った。さらに接着剤として合成ゴム系接着剤((株)スリーボンド製、商品名;スリーボンド1521)を用いたこと以外は、前記実施例17と同様にして実施例19に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
本比較例に於いては、実施例19で使用したPIフィルムに対してフッ素化処理を行わなかったこと以外は、前記実施例17と同様にしてPIフィルムとPETフィルムとを合成ゴム系接着剤を介して貼り合わせ、本比較例に係る積層フィルムを作製した。
実施例11でフッ素化処理した一対のPVFフィルムにより、実施例12においてフッ素化処理したPETフィルムを挟み込み、各層間に未処理のエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムを配して加熱圧着により貼り合わせた。貼り合わせは温度135℃、圧力2.5kPaの条件下で30分間圧着することにより行った。その後、装置から取出し、室温まで自然放冷をした。これにより、本実施例に係るPVF−EVA間剥離強度20N/cm以上、PET−EVA間剥離強度25N/cm以上の5層からなる太陽電池用バックシートを作製した。なお、前記剥離強度は、以下に示す剥離試験と同様の方法で測定した。
剥離試験は、実施例1〜16及び比較例1〜6に係る積層フィルムについては、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムから樹脂フィルムを引き剥がす際の引き剥がし粘着力(剥離強度)を測定することにより行った。また、実施例17〜19及び比較例7〜9に係る積層フィルムについては、PETフィルムから樹脂フィルムを引き剥がす際の引き剥がし粘着力(剥離強度)を測定することにより行った。当該剥離試験はJIS K6854−1(90度剥離)に準じて行った。条件は、温度25℃、相対湿度20〜50%Rh、つかみ移動速度50mm/分、試料(積層フィルム)の幅1cmとした。結果を前記表1〜9に示す。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも2枚の樹脂フィルムが積層された積層フィルムの製造方法であって、
前記2枚の樹脂フィルムの少なくとも何れか一方としてエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルムを用意し、他方としてフッ素樹脂フィルム、ポリメタクリル酸メチルフィルム、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリエチレンナフタレートフィルム、ポリブチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリシクロへキサンジメタノールテレフタレートフィルム、ポリカーボネートフィルム、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルム、ポリオレフィン系フィルム、ポリビニルブチラールフィルム、及びポリイミドフィルムからなる群より選択される少なくとも何れか1種を用意し、
前記2枚の樹脂フィルムの少なくとも何れか一方の表面の少なくとも一部の領域に、フッ素原子を含むガスを濃度0.001〜99vol%及び酸素原子を含むガスを濃度0.001〜99vol%含有する処理ガスを、処理時間が1秒〜600分間、処理温度が前記2枚の樹脂フィルムの耐熱温度の範囲内で接触させることにより、前記領域の接着性を向上させるフッ素化処理工程と、
前記2枚の樹脂フィルムを、前記処理ガスを接触させた面を貼りあわせ面として、接着剤を用いることなく貼りあわせる貼り合わせ工程とを有する積層フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体フィルム中に、全重量に対し0.1〜10重量%の有機過酸化物が含有されている請求項1に記載の積層フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルム中には、前記処理ガスに対し反応性を示す反応性基を備えた他の樹脂成分が含まれている請求項1又は2に記載の積層フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の積層フィルムの製造方法により得られた積層フィルムを備える太陽電池用バックシート。
