Description
前記光源5から照射された光が雨滴に反射されて返ってくる方向に4つの光源5に囲まれて配置されて受信する受光素子6からなる単位感知区域の左右または上下に格子状に2つの光源5と1つの受光素子6をそれぞれ更に配置して感知区域を拡張することを特徴とし、
前記光源5は受光素子6と格子状に配置され、赤外線LEDであることを特徴とし、
前記雨滴感知センサーケース1の内部に、光を吸収する黒色処理と乱反射処理が施されたことを特徴とし、
前記送信機11は10kHz〜100kHz帯の矩形波を発振する発振器13と、発振信号によって赤外線LED光源5を光変調させる変調器14とで構成されたことを特徴とし、
前記受信機9は受光素子6で光電変換された電気信号を増幅する増幅器15と、前記発振器13の発振周波数と同一周波数成分のみをフィルタリングする帯域通過フィルター16とで構成されたことを特徴とし、
前記受光素子6の前面に装着された赤外線フィルターは、信号光以外の可視光線帯の外部光が受信されることを抑制することを特徴とし、
前記受信機9は信号光の大きさによって情報をマイコン(microcomputer)10に伝達し、マイコン10は予め入力された参照表(Look-up Table)によって適合した自動車のワイパーの作動頻度を決定し、雨滴感知信号12を出力することを特徴とする周辺光影響を減らした格子配列方式の雨滴感知装置で構成されたものである。
前記受光素子6は前記基板4の中央部に搭載され、前記光源5は前記受光素子6の外郭部に位置するように前記基板4に搭載され、
前記光源5の光が照射される自動車の前窓2には前面の開口部3と向かい合うようにケース1が設けられ、前記ケース1の内部には前記光源5と前記受光素子6が搭載された基板4が内蔵され、前記光源5と前記受光素子6を搭載した前記基板4は前記自動車の前窓2に対して傾斜して設けられたことを特徴とする。
前記受光素子6の前後左右方向に格子型で複数個の光源5が配列された単位感知区域の左右または上下に格子状に2つの光源5と1つの受光素子6をそれぞれ更に配置して感知区域を拡張することを特徴とする。
Claims (12)
- 雨天時の雨水を感知する雨滴感知装置において、
送信機11で生成された信号によって光を照射する光源5と、
前記光源5から照射された光が雨滴に反射されて返ってくる方向に単位感知区域に4つの光源5に囲まれて配置され、前記光源5と同一方向に位置して前記光を受信する受光素子6と、
雨滴感知センサーケースの一側に形成された開口部に装着される赤外線フィルターと、自動車の前窓2の表面での反射による雑音要素を排除しながら前記光に含まれた変調周波数成分のみを抽出して前記自動車の前窓2の表面の雨滴の存在量を判断することで、雨滴による反射成分ではない外部光による影響を最小化させて雨滴感知確率を高める受信機9とで構成され、前記受光素子6と前記光源5を搭載した基板4は、前記自動車の前窓2の表面で反射される光の影響を受けず、雨滴8から乱反射される光のみを受信するように前記自動車の前窓2の表面に対して傾斜して配置され、前記光源5は赤外線LEDからなり、前記受光素子6は赤外線センサーからなり、
前記光源5である赤外線LEDは、光信号をパルス信号で出力するように設計され、
前記受光素子6の前後左右方向に、複数個の光源5が格子型に配列された単位感知区域の左右または上下に、格子型に2つの光源5と、1つの受光素子6とをそれぞれ更に配置して感知区域を拡張することを特徴とする雨滴感知装置。 - 前記光源5は受光素子6と格子状に配置され、赤外線LEDであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雨滴感知装置。
- 前記雨滴感知センサーケース1の内部に、光を吸収する黒色処理と乱反射処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雨滴感知装置。
- 前記送信機11は10kHz〜100kHz帯の矩形波を発振する発振器13と、発振信号によって光源5を光変調させる変調器14とで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雨滴感知装置。
- 前記受信機9は受光素子6で光電変換された電気信号を増幅する増幅器15と、前記発振器13の発振周波数と同一周波数成分のみをフィルタリングする帯域通過フィルター16とで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の雨滴感知装置。
- 前記受光素子6の前面に装着された赤外線フィルターは、光以外の可視光線帯の外部光が受信されることを抑制することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の雨滴感知装置。
- 前記受信機9は、光の大きさによって情報をマイコン10に伝達し、マイコン10は予め入力された参照表(Look-up Table)によって適合した自動車のワイパーの作動頻度を決定し、雨滴感知信号12を出力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の雨滴感知装置。
- 雨天時の雨水を感知する雨滴感知センサーにおいて、自動車の前窓2に光を透過するように光を照射する光源5と、前記光源5から照射された光が前記自動車の前窓2に落ちる雨滴から反射される時の光信号をセンシングして光電変換する受光素子6と、前記受光素子6の光電変換された信号を受信して降雨程度を判断する受信機9とを含んで構成され、前記光源5と前記受光素子6は前記自動車の前窓2の表面に対して傾斜して配置されて前記自動車の前窓2から直接反射された光源5の光は受光素子6の外側に漏れ、前記自動車の前窓2に当たった雨滴8から反射された光を前記受光素子6が受信して自動車のワイパーを作動させ、前記光源5と前記受光素子6は基板4に搭載され、前記基板4は前記自動車の前窓2の表面に対して傾斜して配置され、前記光源5と前記受光素子6が前記自動車の前窓2の表面に対して傾斜して配置され、
前記受光素子6の前後左右方向に、複数個の光源5が格子型に配列された単位感知区域の左右または上下に、格子型に2つの光源5と1つの受光素子6をそれぞれ更に配置し、
前記光源5は赤外線LEDからなり、前記受光素子6は赤外線センサーからなり、
前記光源5である赤外線LEDは、パルス信号で光信号を出すように設計されることを特徴とする雨滴感知センサー。 - 前記受光素子6の前後左右方向に複数個の光源5が格子型で配列されて構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の雨滴感知センサー。
- 前記光源5の光が照射される自動車の前窓2には前面の開口部3と向かい合うようにケース1が設けられ、前記ケース1の内部には前記光源5と前記受光素子6が搭載された基板4が内蔵され、前記光源5と受光素子6を搭載した前記基板4は前記自動車の前窓2に対して傾斜して設けられ、前記ケース1の内部は光を吸収するために乱反射処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の雨滴感知センサー。
- 前記光源5は送信機11で生成された信号によって光を送出するように構成され、前記送信機11は10kHz〜100kHz帯の矩形波を発振する発振器13と発振信号によって光源5を光変調させる変調器14とで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の雨滴感知センサー。
- 前記受信機9は受光素子6で光電変換された電気信号を増幅する増幅器15と、前記発振器13の発振周波数と同一周波数成分のみをフィルタリングする帯域通過フィルター16とで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の雨滴感知センサー。
