Description
前記アクリル系フィルムが最外層として配置され、かつ、前記離型性基材の平滑面に沿って形成された平滑な金属面が前記アクリル系フィルム側となるように前記金属層が配されていることを特徴とする金属調加飾シートである。
厚さが12μmの、離型層付2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(市販品)の離型層側の面に真空蒸着法により厚さが40nmのインジウム層を形成し転写フィルムを作製した。
ベースシートとする熱可塑性樹脂シートとして厚さが250μmのアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体製シートを用いた。
上記離型性基材を剥離除去して中間積層シートを得た。
表面フィルム、すなわち、アクリル系樹脂フィルムとしてポリメチルメタクリレートフィルム(住友化学社製S001)の一方の面に上記ウレタン系接着剤αを乾燥後の厚さが5μmとなるようにダイコーターを用いて塗布し、その後加熱により溶媒の酢酸エチルを充分に蒸発除去させて接着剤層(第2接着剤層)を形成したのち、上記中間積層シートの金属層側面に積層して本発明に係る金属調加飾シートAを得た。
上記本発明に係る金属調加飾シートAを用いて、図2に示す型αを用いて真空成形により成形し、成形品A1を得た。
上記成形品A1を工業デザイナーの10人の合議体により、室内光下で、型忠実性、金属光沢について評価を行った(以下の官能評価は同様の合議体によって行われた)。
上記金属調加飾シートAと同様に、ただし、離型性基材の平滑な離型面に金属層を形成してなる転写フィルムの金属層側面に接着剤層を介してアクリル系樹脂フィルムを積層した後、離型性基材を剥離除去し、次いで、この積層物の金属層側面に熱可塑性樹脂シートを積層して、比較例に係る金属調加飾シートBを得た。
厚さが25μmの変性ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム社製テフレックス。FT−3ベンゼン環とシクロヘキサン環とを主鎖に有するポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)を金属層保持フィルムとしてその一方の面に真空蒸着法により厚さが40nmのインジウム層を形成した。

この順で備えたことを特徴とする金属調加飾シートの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の金属調加飾シートの製造方法によって製造された金属調加飾シートであって、
前記アクリル系フィルムが最外層として配置され、かつ、
前記離型性基材の平滑面に沿って形成された平滑な金属面が前記アクリル系フィルム側となるように前記金属層が配されていることを特徴とする金属調加飾シート。 - 請求項2に記載の金属調加飾シートを用いて成形されたことを特徴とする樹脂成形物。
