Claims (9)
- 外側板に内側板を一体化したパネルの製造方法であって、
外側板の所定の位置に接着剤を塗布する工程と、
前記外側板と内側板とを重ね合わせレーザ溶接により仮固定する工程と、
仮固定した外側板の外周縁部を内側板の周縁部を包みこむように折返し平坦に押しつぶすヘミング加工を行う工程と、
外側板の周縁部のヘミング加工が終了したパネルに接着剤を塗布して、シーリング加工を行う工程と、を備え、
前記ヘミング加工は、矩形のパネルの対向する一対の長辺側の真ん中部分を折り返してかしめた後、前記パネルの短辺側の一辺から真ん中のかしめた部分までを折り返してかしめ、その後、前記パネルの残りの短辺側の一辺から真ん中のかしめた部分までを折り返してかしめることを特徴とするパネルの製造方法。 - 前記外側板および内側板に、複数の通気用開口部が開口され、前記通気用開口部の切断開口縁に沿ってシーリング加工の接着剤が塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルの製造方法。
- 前記内側板の通気用開口部は外側板の通気用開口部より外側へ大きく開口されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパネルの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤塗布工程とシーリング加工工程の接着剤は同じ接着剤槽から供給することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項3に記載のパネルの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤槽から接着剤供給装置まで接着剤を供給する配管に複数の温度センサと、温度センサに対応して制御される複数のヒータとを備え、温度センサの出力に応じて各ヒータを独立に制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパネルの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤として、熱硬化型接着剤を用い、外側板と内側板とが一体化された状態で加熱装置内に入れ、接着剤を硬化させることを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のパネルの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤として、可視光硬化型接着剤を用い、外側板と内側板とが一体化された状態で、接着剤に蛍光灯からの光を照射し、接着剤を硬化させることを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のパネルの製造方法。
- 前記外側板の板厚は、内側板の1.2〜5.0倍である請求項1に記載のパネルの製造方法。
- 前記内側板にレーザ照射を行い、前記外側板の内側板との接する側の一部を溶着させて仮固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルの製造方法。
