Description
Claims (16)
- 被験者の心拍によって誘導される脈圧を利用した、関節の状態の光学的検出のための装置であって、前記装置は、
少なくとも1つの関節を有する被験者の身体部分を光で照射し、前記少なくとも1つの関節と前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位とにおける光の減衰を局所的に検出するための測定ユニットを有し、
前記光の減衰を局所的に検出するためのサンプリング周波数は前記被験者の心拍の周波数よりも高く、
前記測定ユニットは、前記減衰のそれぞれを、前記心拍の周波数とともに周期的に変化する光の強度を示す信号として検出し、当該信号のそれぞれに周期的にあらわれる強度の落差を算出する、装置。 - 前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位は、関節ではない基準位置であり、
前記測定ユニットは、前記基準位置での前記信号に対する、前記少なくとも1つの関節での前記信号の時間差を算出する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記サンプリング周波数が前記被験者の心拍の周波数の少なくとも2倍である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記サンプリング周波数が少なくとも100Hzである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、
前記被験者の心拍の周波数を検出するための心拍センサをさらに有し、前記サンプリング周波数が前記心拍センサによって検出される前記被験者の心拍の周波数に基づいて決定されるように前記心拍センサが前記測定ユニットに結合される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記測定ユニットが少なくとも2つの個別波長の光を放出することができる光源ユニットを有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、
前記被験者の心拍及び/又は呼吸に影響を及ぼすために前記被験者に運動させるための運動装置をさらに有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記運動装置が自転車エルゴメータである、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が医療検出装置である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、実質的に同時に取得される前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記体部分の前記少なくとも1つの他の部分に対する個別の局所的減衰の検出の結果を、互いに比較するように構成される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 被験者の心拍によって誘導される脈圧を利用して関節の状態を光学的に検出する光学的検出方法であって、
少なくとも1つの関節を有する被験者の身体部分を光で照射するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの関節の位置、及び前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位の位置において、前記身体部分による前記光の局所減衰を検出するステップとを有し、
局所減衰を検出するためのサンプリング周波数が前記被験者の心拍の周波数よりも高く、
測定ユニットが前記減衰のそれぞれを、前記心拍の周波数とともに周期的に変化する光の強度を示す信号として検出し、当該信号のそれぞれに周期的にあらわれる強度の落差を算出する、光学的検出方法。 - 前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位は、関節ではない基準位置であり、
前記測定ユニットは、前記基準位置での前記信号に対する前記少なくとも1つの関節での前記信号の時間差を算出する、請求項11に記載の光学的検出方法。 - 前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位が別の関節である、請求項11または12に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 実質的に同時に取得される、前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位に対する個別の局所減衰の検出の結果が、関節の前記状態を光学的に検出するためのデバイスによって相互に比較される、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 前記局所減衰の検出中に、前記身体部分が光学的整合媒体に浸される、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 前記被験者の心拍及び/又は呼吸に影響を及ぼすために前記被験者に運動させる追加ステップをさらに有する、請求項11から15のいずれか一項に記載の光学的検出方法。
