Claims (13)
- 関節の状態の光学的検出のための装置であって、前記装置は、
少なくとも1つの関節を有する被験者の身体部分を光で照射し、前記少なくとも1つの関節と前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位とにおける光の減衰を局所的に検出するための測定ユニットを有し、前記光の減衰を局所的に検出するためのサンプリング周波数は前記被験者の心拍の周波数よりも高い、装置。 - 前記サンプリング周波数が前記被験者の心拍の周波数の少なくとも2倍である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記サンプリング周波数が少なくとも100Hz、好適には少なくとも120Hz、好適には少なくとも150Hz、好適には少なくとも200Hz、好適には少なくとも250Hz、好適には少なくとも300Hz、好適には少なくとも400Hzである、請求項1乃至2のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、
前記被験者の心拍の周波数を検出するための心拍センサをさらに有し、前記サンプリング周波数が前記心拍センサによって検出される前記被験者の心拍の周波数に基づいて決定されるように前記心拍センサが前記測定ユニットに結合される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記測定ユニットが少なくとも2つの個別波長の光を放出することができる光源ユニットを有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、
前記被験者の心拍及び/又は呼吸に影響を及ぼすために前記被験者に運動させるための運動装置をさらに有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記運動装置が自転車エルゴメータである、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が医療検出装置である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの関節を有する被験者の身体部分を光で照射するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの関節の位置、及び前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位の位置において、前記身体部分による前記光の局所減衰を検出するステップとを有し、局所減衰を検出するためのサンプリング周波数が前記被験者の心拍の周波数よりも高い、光学的検出方法。 - 前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位が別の関節である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 実質的に同時に取得される、前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記身体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部位に対する個別の局所減衰測定の結果が相互に比較される、請求項9乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記個別の局所減衰測定の取得中に、前記身体部分が光学的整合媒体に浸される、請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者の心拍及び/又は呼吸に影響を及ぼすために前記被験者に運動させる追加ステップをさらに有する、請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
