Description
a)一般に「バスタブ効果」と呼ばれるガラス要素の縁部と中心の間のガラスの過度の降下;
b)凹部の各々のラインがそれに直交するものの2律違反であるという事実に直接由来する欠陥である一般に「逆曲げ」と呼ばれる、所望のものに対してコーナー部で局所的に逆転した曲げ;
c)曲げ用工具とペースト状態で接触した結果としてのガラスの痕跡。
−第1の支持体上での重力によりガラス要素を曲げさせ、それに第1の中央降下(effondrement)を与えることを含む第1のステップ;次に
−第2の支持体上での重力によりガラス要素の曲げを継続し、前記第2の支持体とガラス要素の周囲全体が接触するまで第1のものよりも更に顕著な第2の中央降下をこの要素に与えるステップであって;該ガラス要素は、周囲全体の接触の後にその中央部分が沈下し続けることができるように充分な温度にある、第2のステップ;次に
−重力によりガラス要素の曲げを継続し、周囲がつねに前記第2の支持体と接触している状態で、第2のものよりも更に顕著な第3の中央降下をそれに与える第3のステップ;次に
−ガラス要素の降下を冷却により停止させ、それに所望の最終形状を与える第4のステップ;を含むプロセス。
−第1の支持体上での重力によりガラス要素を曲げさせそれに第1の中央降下を与えることを含む第1のステップ;次に
−第2の支持体上での重力によりガラス要素の曲げを継続し、前記第2の支持体とガラス要素の周囲全体が接触するまで第1のものよりも更に顕著な第2の中央降下をこの要素に与えるステップであって、ここで該ガラス要素は周囲全体の接触の後にその中央部分が沈下し続けることができるようにするのに充分な温度にある、第2のステップ;次に
−重力によりガラス要素の曲げを継続し、周囲がつねに前記第2の支持体と接触している状態で、第2のものよりも更に顕著な第3の中央降下をそれに与える第3のステップ;次に
−ガラス要素の降下を冷却により停止させそれに所望の最終形状を与える第4のステップ。
このデバイスには、2つの曲げ用支持体すなわち第1の支持体SP1及びすべて最終曲げ形状を提供する第2の支持体SP2が含まれている。後者は、ここでは2つの半支持体1及び2で構成されており、この2つの対称な部分1及び2は互いにヒンジ3により結合されている。第1の支持体及び最終支持体を形成する2つの半支持体1及び2は、支持体SP1が第1の曲げステップ中により高いレベルに位置づけされるような形で配置されている。かくして、この位置で、第1の支持体SP1上に設置されたガラスシートは半支持体1及び2と接触しない。
Claims (4)
- 直交する2つの方向で曲げられた複数のガラスシートを含む積層ガラスパネルであって;
該複数のガラスシートの少なくとも1枚のシートが、その内部ゾーン内にコントラストラインを含み;
内部支持体が位置づけされた場所でシャドーグラフまたは反射により、該コントラストラインが識別でき(distinguishable);
前記コントラストラインが、その縁部から5cmより長い距離にある積層ガラスパネル。 - それが一方の側で全体的に凹であり、他方の側で全体的に凸である請求項1に記載の積層ガラスパネル。
- その主要表面の各々の上で、その全ての箇所(point)で同じタイプの曲率を示す請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の積層ガラスパネル。
- フロントガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層ガラスパネル。
