Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo para flexionar un encristalado que comprende: una primera etapa en la cual el encristalado es curvado mediante hundimiento por gravedad sobre un primer soporte, dando como resultado un primer hundimiento central, luego una segunda etapa en la cual la curvatura es continuada por hundimiento por gravedad sobre un segundo soporte, dando como resultado un segundo hundimiento central que es mas pronunciado que el primero, hasta que la periferia completa del encristalado entre en contacto con el segundo soporte, en donde la temperatura del encristalado es tal que la parte central del mismo puede continuar hundiendose despues del contacto con la periferia completa, luego una tercera etapa en donde la curvatura es continuada mediante hundimiento por gravedad, dando como resultado un tercer hundimiento central que es mas pronunciado que el segundo, en donde la periferia esta todavia en contacto con el segundo soporte, seguido por una cuarta etapa que detiene el hundimiento del encristalizado por enfriamiento, dandole su forma deseada final.
