Description
(a)エネルギー入力装置により可撓性キャリアを介してインクにエネルギーを入力して該エネルギーの作用領域においてインクの一部を気化させ、結果としてインクの液滴を印刷すべき基体(7)に吹付けることで、インクを可撓性キャリアから予め定められたパターンに従って基体に転写する工程、及び
(b)製造されるパターンを強化するために、工程(a)を少なくとも1回繰り返してインクを基体の同じ位置に転写する工程。

Claims (8)
- 印刷機において基体(7)を印刷する方法であって、
(a)レーザーにより可撓性キャリア(3)を介してインクにエネルギーを入力して該エネルギーの作用領域においてインクの一部を気化させ、結果としてインクの液滴を印刷すべき基体(7)に吹付けることで、インクを可撓性キャリアから予め定められたパターンに従って基体に転写する工程と、
(b)インクの層厚を増加させるために、工程(a)を少なくとも1回繰り返してインクを基体の同じ位置に転写する工程と、を有し、
基体(7)を印刷機(1)に連続的に通して移送し、且つ工程(a)を繰り返して基体(7)上の同じ位置にインクを塗布するために、レーザーを基体(7)と平行に移動させるように制御することを特徴とする方法。 - 1つのラインを複数回書くために、制御可能なレンズ系、制御可能なミラー、及びレーザーモジュレータのうちの少なくとも一つによりレーザー(11)を制御する請求項1に記載の方法。
- レーザーは、
その都度異なるレーザーを用いて工程(a)を繰り返すことができるように基体の移送に合わせて互いにオフセットに配置されている複数のレーザーを有する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 印刷用インクを塗布可能な可撓性キャリア(3)と、該インクにエネルギーを入力するようにレーザーを発生させるレーザー装置と、を有し、
該レーザー装置が、印刷領域(9)において可撓性キャリア(3)のインク面と反対の面にエネルギーを入力することができるように配置されて、エネルギーの作用領域においてインクが可撓性キャリアから印刷すべき基体(7)に転写される印刷機であって、
レーザー装置により発生したレーザーにより可撓性キャリア(3)を介してインクにエネルギーを入力して該エネルギーの作用領域においてインクの一部を気化させ、結果としてインクの液滴を印刷すべき基体(7)に吹付けることで、インクを可撓性キャリアから予め定められたパターンに従って基体に転写する工程(a)を繰り返して基体(7)上の同じ位置にインクを塗布するためにレーザーを基体(7)と平行に移動させるように制御する制御ユニットを有することを特徴とする印刷機。 - 上記制御ユニットが、制御可能なミラー装置(55、57)を有する請求項4に記載の印刷機。
- 上記制御ユニットが、音響光学又は電気光学モジュレータ(53)を有する請求項4又は5に記載の印刷機。
- 上記制御ユニットが、制御可能なレンズ系を有する請求項4〜6の何れか1項に記載の印刷機。
- 上記レーザーが移動可能となるように構成されることによって、エネルギーの作用領域が基体(7)とともに移動可能となるか、又は基体(7)の移送方向(13)と反対方向に移動可能となる請求項4〜7の何れか1項に記載の印刷機。
