Claims (4)
- 細胞接着面として機能する培養面を有する培養容器本体に着脱可能であって、当該培養容器内の溶液の動きを抑制するために、前記培養面を1つの穴の面積が2.25cm 2 以下となるように仕切るものであることを特徴とする細胞剥離抑制器具。
- 細胞を培養するための培養容器であって、
細胞接着面として機能する培養面を有する培養容器本体と、
前記培養容器本体に着脱可能であって、当該培養容器本体内の溶液の動きを抑制するために、前記培養面を1つの穴の面積が2.25cm 2 以下となるように仕切る細胞剥離抑制器具と、
を具備することを特徴とする培養容器。 - 前記培養面は、細胞接着面として機能する凹凸構造を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の培養容器。
- 細胞接着面として機能する培養面を有する培養容器本体で細胞を培養し回収する細胞回収方法であって、
培養容器本体内の溶液の動きを抑制するために、前記培養面を1つの穴の面積が2.25cm 2 以下となるように仕切る細胞剥離抑制器具を前記培養容器本体に装着して細胞を培養し、
前記培養容器本体から前記細胞培養抑制器具を取り外した後に、前記培養した細胞を回収することを特徴とする細胞回収方法。
